These are utter garbage. Nothing like the description and shipped in a garbage bag. Custom service is awful. Avoid at all costs.

The worst customer service ever! No response to 12 emails, which included pictures and in detailed description of the issue. They sent the wrong mats for my vehicle and have never resolved their mistake. I even sent a letter to their corporate HQ, with no Response. I would rate them a scam outfit

Just received front mats and they are superior quality and look super sharp. Make the car look so clean. Just ordered a set for the rear. Customer service is outstanding too!!

I was looking for a custom car mat for my 2023 Subaru WRX and this company showed up in my search. Their website was nice, lots of information and customer reviews with pictures. They had a nice choice of colors as well. I was really interested in the fact these were a full coverage of the foot well mat. Shipping was free and fast. The mats fit beautifully and they look great. Actually, almost too nice for my type of car. I'm just trying to get used to the look but again love the full coverage.

I ordered “custom” car mats for my vehicle and they didn’t even come close to fitting. When I contacted the company, their solution was beyond unreasonable—they demanded that I install all of the mats in my brand-new vehicle and send them photos, as if the clearly wrong driver and passenger mats weren’t enough proof.

Keep in mind, I live in Arizona where it’s 108° outside—I’m not going to jump through hoops risking damage to my new vehicle just to prove their mistake.

To make it worse, now I’m forced to repackage these mats, ship them back at my own expense, and maybe get my $599 refunded if they decide the mats aren’t “used” or “damaged.” This is a complete scam setup.

After doing some research, it looks like I’m not the only one—they seem to have this same “fit issue” with many people and rarely make it right. Buyer beware: save your money and shop elsewhere.

Overall great experience. Love the diamond pattern floor mats for my 2013 Miata. Give the interior a vintage roadster look.

Terrible place to do business with. First of all the mats are extremely cheap. Very thin and usually don't fit very well.
There is no customer service, they just ignore you so good luck. I would never buy from here again.

Bought Vegan leather (cheap plastic) floor liners for my new Toyota 4Runner. What a joke! Cheap plastic and doesn’t fit. They want me to jump through hoops for them to even consider they screwed up! Tried for 30 days to settle with them then complained and filed a dispute with PayPal, which PayPal denied because it had been 30 days (even tho it said on PayPal I had until January 2026)
Closing my PayPal account and will just write the $250 off as a lesson learned!

The trunk mats look great but they did not stick up to the back of the back seat they just flop over and don’t stay up and the side mats the cut out for the “Wheel well” was no where near the right size I tried to contact the company the day they were delivered that was 3 days ago via text and email I have not heard a response back yet

We got ours for a 2022 Jeep Gladiator. They were very nicely put-together, but quality materials and very easy to install!

Fit for the rear seat of an Audi S5 wasn’t even close. Entirely to big. Their response was to remove the rear seat and tuck all the excess material! That response took 7 weeks to receive.

I ordered the black mats with blue stitching to match my blue Acura. It looks great! Installation was easy and it took about five minutes.

2022 Porsche Macan S. Excellent quality and fitment. Shipping receiving time was good. Added super nice touch to an already beautiful interior.

Terrible!!! They sent mats that have nothing to do with the sizing of my car and then say you have to send them back and pay a 35% restocking fee. Also, try to send a large box via FedEx or UPS to Denmark and the quotes I got, even for slow service, was $1600+. I’ve asked several times for a refund and then they just send you their “policy”. SCAM!!!!!!!!! They’ve offered “revised mats” after pressing them but the initial quality was so poor (pulled threads) it makes no sense to get them. I truly believe the reviews on their website are completely fake.

My husband found this company shortly after I purchased a new Lexus NX hybrid. We have dogs and I was looking for something that would protect the entire truck/rear area including the back of the rear seats. This product looked promising. When it arrived we were both impressed with the design, easy installation and overall appearance. Super functional. I highly recommend.

If this would let me do NO stars I would! I received mats that didn’t even come close to fitting my cargo area. They sent 2 more sets that were even worse and I still am out $350 with no product to use. They would rather send more useless mats than refunding my money. Zero customer service. Should be shut down and sued! I just need to know how to report them. Such a rip off!
