This company is the worst!!! 1st they sent mats for a pickup truck or something when I clearly ordered them.for my Yukon Denali Xl with a 3rd row. They wanted me to pay to return them. That should've been a red flag right there. Then the mats for the cargo area didn't fit at all smh. I've had them for close to a year and the mat's quality is trash. They have cracked and torn. Do Not waste your money

I’ve never been so blatantly ripped off before. The mats that came did not fit my car and the company said I had to return them at a cost of over $100.00 and a restocking fee. Why should I have to pay anything if they did not send me what I paid for. PayPal was no help at all and still allows this corrupt criminal enterprise to use their service to steal from people. I look all over the internet and thousands of people are saying they are ripped off. Here on trust pilot out of 250 reviews all are 1 star only because you can’t leave 0 stars. On their CRIMINAL website it’s all 5 stars. Whatever you do, if you’re lucky enough to read this before you order don’t walk…. Run away from Chinese / Denmark scam ripping off people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM

Ordered mats for my New Mercedes in FL and the mats don't fit and now the company says "I'm responsible. They can't even be CLOSE to what the size is for the car. And they are cheap and thin. YOu have to ship them back to Denmark and I have a price of $140.00 to ship back. DO NOT buy from this company under any conditions WARNING

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a set of car mats, and the FED EX delivery driver delivered to the wrong location. Car Mats Custom customer service was so responsive in the beginning of the tracing process (fed ex said I had to go through the sender). Now they have ghosted me since I've asked for my money back. "August" who seems to be the only customer service agent assured me that they'd follow up and let me know. Now I'm out $200. My mistake. I should've done my research to see the horrible reviews before I used them. NOT HAPPY!

Purchased a set recently and was not happy at all. I expected 'bright burgundy' to at least resemble the colour of burgundy, (ie darkest red or maroon even, but these are bright letterbox red & black!) The fabric is described as honeycomb yet presents more like a poodle knit. I was foolish enough to believe their advertising statement if unhappy - just return them within 100 days. Attempting to do so, I was then interrogated as to how they could improve them etc. Anything but offer a hassle free refund!! Apparently one must read the fine print and ascertain these mats when made for older cars (2010 Mazda 2) can not be returned and no refund whatsoever! I am appalled and disgusted with their false advertising (subterfuge to say the least) and intend approaching the ACC. Buyers beware - this offer is not what it seems!!

The mats don’t fit and they had all the correct car information. They won’t take them back because I tried to put them in the car. And if the mats are new and you have not tried them, and want to return them: they tell you to send them to Denmark - no joke. Beware of Car Mat Custom

I really hate that I have to place any stars for this company, they deserve ZERO. My feelings are aligned with all the complaints within this thread. The one time I did not do my research, I got screwed really bad. I got a new car, and then I think I was caught up in the excitement of my new car and making it look classy and fancy, that I made the biggest mistake giving my money to these scammers. I made an order in NOVEMBER, it is already a new year and will be FEBRUARY in a few days. I have been back and forth with this stupid company because my second row mat didn't even fit. I went through Klarna to make monthly payments, and they will not help. This fake a$$ company wants ME to measure my second row!!! What kind of company, who should know about car measurements, asks the customer to do their work?!?!? OH THESE SCAMMERS!!! Protect your finances and spend it with reputable companies.

I wish I had seen this website before ordering theses mats. Received today and they are nowhere close to fitting my car. What a rip-off! Going to attempt to send them back but judging from other peoples' experience I'm not holding my breath. Depending on the outcome I probably will have to lean on Pay-Pal to see if they can help but I probably will be out of luck.

Well I ordered mats in June 2024. I finally received January 2025. It took alot of complaints and ugly words I think to receive finally. Just be careful. I always chatted with Jane. It would take sometime to hear from her but eventually she'd answer. Don't think I'd order from them again

Can I leave zero stars? Placed an order 10Dec (just a couple of window sox) and the 'system' said 'will be delivered in 10 days'. A month later I call them, still 10 days out. DO NOT order anything form this company. Customer service is crap.

Mats do not fit... they move when you step in car ... they stick up to high and roll over getting in car. I would like my money back.

These people are scammers. They charged me $128.00 for Aston Martin mats and never sent them and will not refund me my money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! Took over a month to receive our mats, and they didn’t fit! They charge 35% restocking fee and do not pay for return shipping. They are rude and extremely unhelpful. We are out $214 with no recourse. Do NOT buy from this company unless you enjoy throwing money down the drain to a corrupt business!!!!!😡😡😡. Oh….and BTW: The product comes from China which says it all!!!!

I purchased car mats from this company expecting a quality product and an easy experience based on their claims. Unfortunately, the mats I received were cheaply made, poorly finished, and didn’t fit my vehicle properly despite being advertised as a perfect fit. To make matters worse, the "no hassle returns" promise on their website is extremely misleading. Not only do I have to pay the high cost of shipping the mats back to Denmark, but their return policy also states they have the right to keep sending replacement mats until they "fit." This process could take weeks or even months, leaving customers frustrated and stuck with a product that doesn't work. This entire experience has been nothing but a hassle. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The product quality and customer service fall far short of expectations. Buyers beware! Honestly, I think this company is a SCAM!!!!!

If I good give a 0 star review I would. I wish I would of researched the company prior to spending $271. I ordered the SUV trunk mats. My product arrived within about 2 weeks. I only received 3 out of 5 mats and the stitching was terrible. The mats are cheap garbage...the reviews on their website are clearly FAKE. I have two months worth of back and forth emails. I contacted the support desk and they stated they would issues a refund less the 35% restocking fee, but I had to mail the product back to them. First, the product is bad, so why should I have to pay to ship it back and why should I have to pay a restocking fee for a bad product? After 4 weeks I gave in and accepted them replacing the items...4 weeks in and have received nothing. I get the same copy/past response. The guys are shysters!!! I have filed with econsumer.gov and filed a claim with my bank. USAA is so great, and they credited me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Stay away from Custom Car Mats. I ordered mats for my car and was excited as the pictures looked like it would match my interior perfectly. When they arrived none of the 4 mats fit my car. I was taking pictures of the mats to share with CCM and found a label for another customer attached to the packaging. At this point I think now I know why they do not fit. I requested a refund. CCM wants me to pay to ship the mats back to them and I will also be charged a 35% restocking fee($122). I told CCM this was not acceptable. CCM said this is their policy on returned items. There are enough reviews here to tell you to stay away and now here is another one. This company should be shut down.

One star is one star too much for this scam of a company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Car Mats Custom. I don’t know where they got their measurements for my Mustang Mach E but to put it mildly, they weren’t even close. And their refund policy is the biggest scam of all. 35% “restocking fee”. Let me ask you a question scam company. What the hell do you need “restock” a custom product that can’t be used. You want to add it to your collection of scammed customer items. Maybe make a Christmas tree out of them to dance around while you cash the check of another robbed client? Instead of going to all the trouble of returning your worthless product for Pennie’s on the dollar I have a better idea. I’m going to burn them and place the video on You Tube with the full story. I pray I get a billion views.

This company is a sham! DO NOT BUY MATS OR CARGO LINERS! Unfortunately I did not do my homework and got scammed out of $250 by this company! Product is very cheaply made and they did not even fit my vehicle. Should have done my due diligence but BUYER BEWARE you have been warned!!

It’s a total fraud. I have ordered 2 front mats. They are so huge, even half of the mat doesn’t fit!! Never buy anything from this website!! It’s an absolute scam!!

They sent the wrong mats. They told me they were going to design new mats for my 2025 Lexus GX550 but now do not respond to my emails. It's been 4 months since I placed my order. I wish I had checked out reviews earlier as it would have saved me the cost and aggravation. Stay away! They are not to be trusted.
