We should be able to leave negative…

We should be able to leave negative stars because this Company is Fraudulent. They only post fake 5 Star Reviews on their Website, Wish I would have checked other sources before ordering.
I am going to try to contact Denmark Authorities to see if they will go there and investigate.
We ordered Custom Car mats for our new 2025 Hyundai Palisade and they sent the wrong ones.
They asked us to ship them back but the Cost was too high and they rely on that. They asked for pics, we provided them, and have been back and forth the past month with emails getting no where.
Bottom line they sent the wrong ones. They need to refund our money if they can not provide what they are advertising. In this case we should not have to ship anything back.
Do not buy anything from this Company as they will not provide what you are ordering and rely on you giving up the fight!
All of us who have been screwed by them should file a complaint together to Denmark. Please take the time to do that, otherwise more people will be taken advantage of. That way we can shut them down!

This company should not be allowed to…

This company should not be allowed to do business. I ordered mats on Sept. 2. Inquired about my mats on Sept 24 and was told they were delivered Sept. 13. They sent me shipping info and they were delivered in Birmingham, Al. I live in South Carolina. I e-mailed asking for my shipping address and was told my order shipped on Sept 12 and could take up to 20 days. STAY AWAY. I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing!!

Terrible product and poor customer service

Do not purchase anything from this company. They claim money back guarantee but fail to tell you it has to ship back to Denmark and not the warehouse in the U.S. cost of shipping is triple the price of the item which they are fully aware of and know it is not possible to get your money back. The products are complete junk. I learned the hard way and am posting so no one else gets screwed on their order. DO NOT RISK IT. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Total Scam

Ordered mats for my Lexus. 4 weeks later i received mats which were clearly not at all as represented. The shape was completely wrong for my vehicle and they were absolutely useless. I contacted them and they requested that i send pictures to their engineer. I sent the pictures and got no response. A month later i followed up and they promised a replacement. Its been 2 months now and i have not received any response to my inquiries or any replacement

I ordered back in january for 2024…

I ordered back in january for 2023 pacifica, 3 rows of mats. The front fit, but the back two rows close but not right, the mats never allowed for bottom slots for cap chairs! I have sent to date over 100 pictures of back two rows only to have them stall and not honor their original order! After reading all these complaints, I too believe I was also scammed. When something looks too good to be true, it usually is. steve schuster

I should've of read the reviews before purchase,I just got the mats&opened it up. I got Hustled right when I saw the color was wrong,cheaply made. Looked up reviews and came to this page. I'm going to have to take it as a loss& a Lesson always do a thorough review of anything I purchase like that,smh. I was so excited to get them,lol.

Scam Stay away

Car mats were nothing like what we're represented on the website. Similar to what other reviews are stating, this company relies on the customer not willing to spend international return postage to return the mats. Obviously these incurred fees (which the customer should not be responsible for givin the mats were incorrectly made) would amount to more money than the mats themselves. Steer clear of this company regardless of how the website appears and regardless of the "reviews" posted on their own site. Total scam.

They lie about their ability to meet your needs

You cannot return anything as the cost of shipping is greater than the purchase.

Company is fraudulent

Despite the provided color code, year, make, and model, mats were not even close to fitting my vehicle and were far off the correct color. This company is fraudulent and makes their money counting on people not sending the mats back due to international charges and keeping a 35% restock fee. These mats are not custom and the company is a fraud.

Do not purchase floor mats from this company as it turned into a disaster for me and cost me almost $500 and I still don’t have my car mats

I wrote it with a review a little while ago. Obviously it didn’t help the situation. I purchased these car mats back in April. I paid an extra $35 for express delivery. The mats were over a week late. Not only were they over a week late, but the mats didn’t even come close to fitting in my car. I tried it over and over for two days couldn’t figure it out and it was definitely not made to specifics that I sent them so I contact them via email because they will not give you their phone number. I kept asking their phone number on email, but they would not give it to me so I let them know that they didn’t fit and then I put them back in the package and I’m ready to ship them back. They actually made me take them out the package and mind you. I have a prosthetic and hard for me to walk and I had to go film how they didn’t fit and take pictures of how they didn’t fit anyhow I did that too. Then I went to the post office to mail them back. The post office charge me $165 not only that but I never got my $35 back for the incorrectly done floor mats took way too long to come in so really I paid $294 originally , and they charged me a restocking fee for a huge mistake that they made so I don’t understand that. Why would I have to pay a restocking fee when the match were done incorrectly from them??? I explain this to them and they didn’t seem to care about it at all All in all I spent $294 on the original mats again they were done correctly. I had to pay an extra $165 to send it back. Plus, $90 for restocking fee. So basically I almost paid $500 and I still don’t have my mats. I’ve never met a company that will not back up their product or their work. They are very difficult to deal with so many times I would email them and not hear from them for a week or so. The mats were mailed to them. They didn’t claim the mats they sent them back to Westerly so where is the wise restocking fee still being charged if I have the mats that they did incorrectly they rejected them when I sent them back the least they could’ve did is not made me mail them back and save me $165 Folks to be aware of this company where you have a chance and getting your money back when they totally screw up the job

It’s a fraud company

It’s a fraud company. They take your money and never send shipment. It’s a nightmare situation. They are a scam. Jane will scam you out of everything. Fed ex can’t do anything unless they file a claim to a package that was never received. They refuse to file and take your money and never respond to any messages with actual feedback for solutions.

The car mat fit is dangerous!

The car mats look good but the fit is poor. They slide all over and are a safety hazard. The drivers side mat bulges out and creates a snag for your peddle foot. Sometimes my foot was hard to get off the gas peddle to hit the brake.

These "custom" mats didn't come close…

These "custom" mats didn't come close to fitting. I don't know if they sent mats for another SUV or are just this inaccurate. In several spots nearly a foot of material would need to be removed. In other spots seat frame cutouts would have to be moved to make it fit. Their solution? Force me to wait LONGER and make ME pay for return shipping so they could make revisions to the mess they sent me. When I finally gave up on their horrible service and product and asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay for international return shipping AND a restocking fee of 35% for their mistake.
Not a business I'd recommend to my worst enemy!

Finally Reimbursed in full

I've been challenging this company for about a year to get them accountable for the terrible mats that they sent me. They were advertised as "luxury" and "custom". See my previous 6 or 7 reviews. I have not been nice with them at all because they tried to scam me. After many exchanges, lots of determination and research, I finally found an advocate and finally was reimbursed for the full amount yesterday. Try contacting the Danish government. I was reimbursed very quickly after complaining to the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman and the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.

Horrible toxic off gassing smell for months, and still going... This is proven to be toxic to your nervous system. Gave my daughter headaches. This product is crap. Doesn't even fit properly. Never ever purchase this.
