They don't even deserve one star they're scamming people and taking advantage of senior citizens and elderly and disabled the harassers too they sit there they'll cash your checks and then turn around and they'll demand more money later on and then they don't even send half the products that you order up it's scam one big huge scamming company I am not paying them no more scam money I'm surprised you're not in court for taking advantage of seniors and disability right now they should be out of business you'll get garbage if you order from these people nothing but pure Chinese garbage

They graciously raised my credit limit if I just make a purchase.
With overinflated shipping charges, sevice fees and illegal tariffs.....keep the merchandise and the credit limit increase. See ya later byebye.

Ordered mattress cover a few months ago, because of my arthritis I was unable to take it apart, call customer, the young lady was rude and was unconcerned, offered to take 10 percent of my bill, which she never did, I kept trying to open the mattress cover, it was vacuumed, it was thin and the zipper just fell apart, my grandson and I tried taping it to the mattress, it was trash and I just threw it away, do not purchase anything from carol wright.

I really don't have a true rating at the time of this post I did receive a letter saying that I would be losing all the $900 that I had credit from Carol Wright's gifts since reading the reviews I have decided not to deal with Carol wright gifts this was a great option to see how the company has fallen.

Wow I wish I read before I ordered! Can’t get them to update apt number package!now I’m responsible for paying for something I don’t have! And they said they only way I can get credit is to get items back to them! How can I when I can’t get them delivered! The only thing they do is take your order and your money !! Don’t expect anything else from them it’s always you can do this you can do that!! Talk to supervisor they are the same! So it’s still bad as of Dec. 2025!!!!something I don’t wish on anybody! Don’t order!!!

My 90 year old Mom filled out the order form in the Carol Wright catalog to get two things and pay by check ($44 and change). I know my Mom has really bad eye sight and writing so it may not have been clear what to do. The employees sent six/seven items instead of two with no communication to find out what mom wanted. They now are charging her for the stuff she didn’t request and turned it over to collections. I think the Carol Wright employees thought my mom would be an easy target to scam some extra money from. I think my Mom actually overpaid them for her merchandise. I have asked for a copy of my Mom original order from with her hand writing. We have offer to send the merchandise back at Carol Wright’s expense. If this continues, I will report both Carol Wright Gifts and Reliant Capital Solutions to the Better Business Bureau and look into a possible lawsuit of harassment,elder abuse, fraud passing out personal information. I also got a text message on my phone from reliant about my mom debt. Reliant can talk to me about my Mom’s account but they can send me a message about her supposed debt.

I ordered an item called the shower Buster along with some cleaning rags about a month ago, the rags showed up and are made of microfiber material which I dislike and the catalog did not indicate. The shower buster requires charging, and about every 5 minutes it stops working. I continue to get invoices saying that my payment is past due even though my payments have been paid before they're even due. I contacted the company to get a return label which in the past hadn't been a problem only to be told that now they no longer provide return shipping labels. And if I wanted to pay out of pocket to return the item, they MIGHT refund me. They need to do better! I won't ever purchase from them again, because essentially once you get something whether it works or not you're stuck with it.

Returning a couple of the items that I ordered. Did the online Return form. Also did the Return forms in the package. The package forms say that if the other side of the form says "Easy Return" there will be a label attached to use. There was not!!. Spent over a half hour on hold at their Cust. Svc. number. Seems they changed their policy but did not re-print the forms!!! Dishonest!!! I had to pay postage for the return to get some of my money back.

The return process is horrible! I was on the phone for over 1/2 hour waiting for a return label. The guy acted like he had never processed a return before. He also never sent out my label so I am stuck with the return.

I have been buying from CW for 11 years and never had a problem. Now after their bankrupsy problem their shipping is ridiculous! They wanted to charge me $11.98 for a $10.99 tablecloth! Going to pay off what I owe them and say goodbye!

I received an UNSOLICITED catalog which I believe targets elderly women who are homebound (not me). Anyways, I was SHOCKED to see FOUR pages of sex toys/gadgets in the middle of this catalog for elderly women. Unbelievable! Offensive!

My elderly Mother ordered from this catelog that stated free shipping and/or gave a set amount to pay. NOW they are billing $9.16 for shipping as there is a charge for it on the new statement. The statement doesn't state what this $9.16 is for, we have to assume it is shipping. Don't buy from this SCAM company!!! HUGE SCAM on billing! Don't order from this catelog! PLUS-If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! they take out a really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.

Suddenly Out of Nowhere this company decided to send me a catalog. I Did Not Request It, nor Have I looked at Anything on Their Website. About five years ago, like in late 2018 or 2019, I made the mistake of buying something from this company. I have not bought anything from them since then. The person who I talked to told me there would be more catalogs sent to me before they stopped because they are pre-printed. It should be illegal for these companies to send catalogs to people who did not request them. In this time when our planet is in the midst of an environmental crisis, to print out and send people unwanted catalogs should be illegal because it is very socially irresponsible and it is Wrong because it is a form of Harassment. Do Not Buy Anything from This Company or any Other Company that is this Environmentally Irresponsible. If there was a way to sue them for Harassment, I would.

I have been a devoted customer to Carol Wright Gifts for many years and I was surprised when they filed bankruptcy, although it's become commonplace nowadays. I could find clothing and shoes in my size and never had a problem. Since the takeover the prices are much higher and they no longer carry items in my size and only seem to feature jogging clothes and not a good variety at that. I have one payment left with them and will move on. If this is what you call progress, you can keep it. I'm done.

I placed an order and more than a month later, I still had not received it. I agree with all the comments above. I am paying off this bill and closing the account. Right now I have been online trying to pay my bill and it won't accept my password. Tried to create a new one and the email still has not come. The customer service is bad. They are correct. You can barely understand the person when you call. Finally, an email was sent stating they did not have the product, and did not charge me for it. I'm forced to give one star so that I could get online and give a review.

This company sucks. I have been on the phone for 2 hrs and still waiting for it to be answered. I try to cancel my orders

Omg- bought a pair of pajamas and somehow got on a 14.99 a month buyers club thing? What a scam! I called to have them refund me- hopefully that will happen. Really scummy- oh and it's been like three weeks- no pajamas lol

ordered six pair of shoes,wrong size sent on all six. repeated order twice and still got the wrong size. sent back and will only be compensated $5.00. bad business for a long time customer.

I returned an item July27th, and they received it August15th. Why am I still getting statements saying I owe? I've called customer service up to the credit dept. and they keep sending me from one to the other, but never a supervisor. Customer service says there's a glitch in their computer. That's not my problem!! I've talked to people who didn't speak clear English, or was nasty as hell. I've gotten no satisfaction from anyone and my next move will be to lawyer up !! You don't deserve not even 1 star.

After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I am closing my account. Between the extremely rude customer service persons that you can never understand and putting a hold on my order with no explanation, I am finished with this company that sells cheap "dollar store" merchandise for outrageous prices! They recently merged with Amerimark, which makes an already bad business even worse!
