Product was spot on and arrived promptly and well-packaged

Ordered paint at end of October still waiting. No answer on phone or email. They take payment then do nothing

Ordered and paid for Deluxe touch up kit on 14/10/2023. Had a confirmation receipt form company immediately, web site states paint usually dispatched within 48 hours.
By 28/10 nothing received, e-mailed several times and tried ringing phone number to be told "this phone is not connected" messages.
Appalling customer service, now trying to get my money back and from other feed back this is not a one off case.
My advice is look elsewhere.

Not even sure this company is still in business? Website is active but it won't let me enter payment details or check out for well over a week now. I've checked using a different device, internet connection and even VPN but their website clearly doesn't have payment functionality so not sure where the recent reviews on other sites are from 🤷. I Have contacted them by email and phone but no answer first time and second time my number was blocked. Shame as on the face of it their products look like good value compared to the competition. Will update if anything changes but very bizarre. My car is due to be detailed at the end of the month so looks like I'll have to go with another company as I can't wait on this company to get back to me.

Absolutely unbelievable customer relations. Car Paint Wizard did not send my paint which I purchased. I made many unsuccessful attempts to contact them either by email or by phone. Just amazing that I was completely ignored.

Brilliant touch-up paint, received promptly, perfect colour match, and flows beautifully into the scratches

I have found this company terrible to deal with, first they don't send me the correct paint and second the customer services is terrible. I was told they will not send me the correct paint and its all my fault that its incorrect. All u wanted was some touch up paint for my car. Now I am having to try and get my money back.

Super fast delivery, well packaged. Colour match is perfect and easy to apply. I needed to do very minor touch up to my car bonnet, stone chips. I've very little experience for this kind of job so hunted around various products and eventually settled on this product. Just follow the instructions which are on their website and hey presto job done. Really really pleased with the result, the touch up is as near to invisible the way it blends in to the original paint work as you can get. Highly recommend Car Paint Wizard, ok you pay a bit more compared to other off the shelf products but believe me it's well worth it.m

I had a scratch on my wing mirror car paint wizard system worked well. My only disappointment was that this brush in the lacquer container was broken.

product does job as expected. great. shame delivery provider required me to travel to collect I suspect because i work for a living. maybe could be clearer on order form re safe places to leave it or use a delivery provider with intiative. apologies if i missed a section on the form

I was very pleased. Products arrived the next day, well packaged and good value in my opinion. I would definitely use Car Paint Wizard again.

It was easy to order the paint on the simple to navigate website. The paint arrived on our doorstep 48 hours after placing the order. While I have yet to properly test the match with the vehicle's colour, first impressions are encouraging. My only complaint is that the potentially very useful paint brush arrived in a broken state.

I had a small deep scratch on my Volvo V70 (somebody's shopping trolley) I thought I would have a go myself. I filled it, smoothed it, primed it and painted it with your paint. Job done and I'm well pleased with the result.

Ordered a standard touch up kit for my Renault Clio door. Website is easy to understand, helping to locate the exact colour code for the car. Package came a few days later. All I had to do was apply the paint. Job done!

Very promptly delivered, and just what I needed.
