I ordered a splash shield coved for my…

I ordered a splash shield coved for my vehicle and it arrived FOLDED IN TWO, cracked, and warped in a box way too small for the item. The item also had screw holes way too big for the original parts, and the item suspiciously had a Made in Germany stamp very faded away as well as a prominent Made in Taiwan stamp, which is very odd and shady.

I have no clue who thought it would be a good idea to pack an item the way they did but a pair of working eyes, even one eye, and one could’ve seen the item was too big and would break if forced.

I don’t feel comfortable using a broken, likely counterfeit part on my vehicle and at this point just want a refund for this now trash.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable and I can’t believe this is even an operation.

Overcharging me for shipping

Overcharging me for shipping, delayed over a week. Took almost 3 weeks to get my parts then proceeded to scam me out of more money by offering me 20$ back from the shipping only to take my last 7$ and talk me the card I entered was invalid to receive my money back, if it was invalid why did you take my money, 33$ for shipping basically. Sorry company

I ordered a rear bumper for my truck

I ordered a rear bumper for my truck. I got it online through their website. The bumper arrived damaged. The box was not damaged with only a small hole in it. I opened it and the black plastic on the bumper was broken and cracked. I reached out to their customer service dept and sent them photos, etc. They won't help me since i didn't take their shipping insurance.
I would have expected an offer to help me resolve this at my cost or something. Not just walk away from a paying customer. Not very smart and not customer centric.

Delivered the wrong part TWICE then…

Delivered the wrong part TWICE then refused to send the correct part even though I sent photos, I guess it is too difficult for the idiots in the warehouse to look at a part and see if it is the same as on their website, they say "right part guaranteed" , what BS.
don't ever use this company and I will tell all my subscribers to avoid them.
Pity you can't give a minus score I would give them -10

Ordered a set of wheel bearings

Ordered a set of wheel bearings. To be shipped to Williamsburg Virginia. They started in Jacksonville Florida went to Washington DC then to Richmond. 45 mins from Williamsburg. Then was decided to be sent to Linthicum Heights Maryland before returning to Richmond where they sat for 4 days to be sent to next facility where it say in transit to next facility. Shipped march 27th with delivery date of April 1st here we are going to be April 6th and still no parts. And customer service sucks when you call in all they can say is we can check on it or we can give back shipping cost. How about something other then that. For the people who have to go back out and rebuy the part so they don't lose out on the money for the rental equipment they rented to do the job.

Day late dollar short

I ordered parts for a car i just bought. I need the parts to arrive within a day or two to get everything done in a timely manor. Suspension parts. If im gonna get under a car on jack stands to do a complete strut and bushing replacement job... I expect the parts to arrive at about the same time so I can plan it...

Im still waiting on one of the parts 7 days late. No one can seem to locate it.

Im an old timer... JC Whitney oldtimer. This company needs a new head of shipping.

package was delayed and never delivered…

package was delayed and never delivered to me, they provided me with a number to contact the carrier to update address for delivery. Carrier could not locate tracking number in their sys.
Contacted Carparts.com they said it was not their problem since the address was incorrect or incomplete. and that i needed to contact the carrier to request the tracking to ship back to seller, i explained that the tracking number carparts provided is not showing a valid tracking in their system. ..
left it as that, i'm down $185.00 for the parts. but it's not worth dealing with these people.. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN....

These guys are awful

These guys are awful, the worst. I only ordered from them (3.27.23) because they said they would get the part to me the next day (3.28.26) as I needed my truck up and running. By 3.31.26 still no part, tracked the package and supposedly it had just left China!!!!! I asked them when I will get the part and the smug moron that answered said ‘no idea’ so I asked them to cancel the order as I will have to go buy one locally. He said I can’t cancel the order as it was outside of the return window!!!!!! I asked how it could be out of the return window if I haven’t received it yet and what about the 30 day return guarantee? Didn’t hear back from them so I passed it off to my credit card company and disputed the charge. BE WARNED. I am just going to pay the few bucks difference in the future and buy locally. Awful, awful, awful. I should have checked all their crappy reviews first.

Bumper not packed to prevent damage

The bumper cover was folded in three and pressed into a box too small for the part. I had to us a heat gun to repair the bumper cover before we could test fit it on the car. Then we had grind down the welts caused by the folds.
After grinding the repair area had to be finished filler, primed, sealed and reprimed before refinished

So at least they have the part that I…

So at least they have the part that I needed. Never received the part when they say it's going to be there though. They never ship the part out until the day that you're supposed to be receiving it according to them. Also one of my boxes was broken open and part of my order was missing, when I called them they told me that since I did not have extra protection I was basically just out of luck. Had to buy the part again.

Wrong part recieved

Wrong paet recieved. Difficult return process and money not fully refunded. The phone is answered by a offshore support desk....enough said on that! 2nd part hasn't shown up yet...Do not deal with this company. Better too pay more and deal with a good reputable company. Their Google reviews are just them paying a company to write phoney reviews. I ordered a tail light and they sent me a headlight. They dont know the back of the car from the front. IDIOTS
