Shipping & Packaging

The headlights arrived right on schedule. The outer box was slightly crushed on top, but because these are plastic assemblies for a 2001 Buick Century double-boxed inside, everything arrived safe and secure.

Product Condition & Quality Control

First Headlight: Brand new condition. Came with the protective lens film intact, all vent tubes in place, and looked great out of the box.

Second Headlight: Clearly a previously returned item sent back out. It was missing the protective lens film, and there was a crude bead of industrial caulking/sealant along the housing that looked like a rushed repair job rather than factory work.

Performance & Verdict

Cosmetically disappointing for a $150 set, but functionally fine. Everything plugged in and worked as expected. Since the sloppy sealant is hidden once installed, as long as the housing keeps moisture out, it gets the job done.

If it hadn't worked or had worse defects, this would easily be a 2-star review. Holding at 3 stars for now to see if seller customer service reaches out to address the used/resealed unit.

I liked how easy it is to navigate the catalog. I didn't like that the headset a purchased for the 2011 Mazda 3i 2.0 was missing the complete intake gasket set and the front crankshaft seal. I thinking it's not CarParts.com's fault, however, it would be nice if they had a picture or description of what is and what isn't included. I purchased the headset because I thought I was getting a good deal. It end up costing me more money and time.

Didn't have any problem finding what I wanted.Was able to check out with no problems.Items will.be shipped within a week to 10 days.

I have no words, however, I can say that everything or questions I had, they were resolved

My order was quick and on time, but my box that it was packaged in was totally missed up and very good price

Delivery service was smooth, ordering parts for my specific car was smooth, price was good. Only thing that threw me off was I bought both the brake pads and the rotors as a set and it charged me separately and shipped separately, just lowkey thought I got scammed at first but God saw me through. Thank you CarParts!!

The ordering part so far was easy I haven't received the items yet or put them on to see if they fit so I guess if you ask me after that I'll let you know

Super easy process.

I ordered the part for my van they said that it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday I waited and waited and waited no show I kept looking on my tracker it still showing that it still at the hub and there was no changes here it is Wednesday and it still showing that it's at the hub

This order arrived in a timely manner at the corre t address. The radiator is correct, but the mirror glass appears to be incorrect.

Satisfied every time

Everything worked well, but the other fees took me by surprise because all fees wasn't explained up front. Only on check out.

The price was good and the delivery was freed.
