I place the order for the part. Receive notification with tracking. However, the tracking information does not correlate to the delivery time. The carrier has no idea when they will receive the part. Or when it will be shipped.

The parts arrived on the same day but at different times and a day later than was stated when ordered. I got several texts with several different delivery dates on each of the parts.

I ordered my part on 9.12.2026
I ordered my part on 9.12.2026. I was told that the part would arrive 9.16.2026 in time for the service appointment that I made. 9.15.2026, I get a text that my part would not arrive until the 9.19.2026. This is three days after my appointment. I tried reaching Support through a text twice. I got a reply text that they would get back to me as soon as possible, crickets! Least of the issues is dealing with what appears to be an offshore call center.
