Very efficient service. Sent for several samples. Spotted an ideal remnant of Brinton's carpet to fit our room with a large saving. Delivered to London area a few days later by efficient and polite employees. Do give Kidderminster a try before Department stores!

They sent me two carpet samples very promptly but I haven't yet purchased any carpets.

The requested carpet samples arrived, but some colours had been discontinued, which is fine, but it would be helpful if the website was kept up to date.

Delivery men could not get their vehicle down my road because of road works for new gas mains, they carried the carpet and underlay halfway down the road and delivered right into my garage.

We are completely redecorating our lounge and need to chose new carpets.... it's a devil of a job matching curtains, paint, furniture and carpet and the painless facility of getting samples is REALLY useful. We've now got 4 colour variants of the carpet we want and have decided on one of them. Ordering through the web-site was easy and the samples came within 2-3 days .... terrific. Many thanks. (and no, I don't work for them, or get a back-hander!)

Brilliant carpet. Delivery took longer than expected or I would have given 5 stars.

The carpet was competitively priced and communication was prompt and thorough, as was information about the delivery. However when the carpet was unrolled ready for fitting we discovered a cut in it - some 15cms long - about 30cms from the end of the roll.
Fortunately I had slightly over-stated the required size and the fitter was experienced enough to figure out how to place the carpet so that the damage was not a problem. I would be a bit wary of ordering from Carpet Factory Outlet again as it made me wonder if all the stock is seconds or damaged.

The carpet was excellent quality and very very cheap compared to the competition but didn’t arrive until 11days after the date they told me it would arrive. That was nearly four weeks after ordering. They were apologetic but in repeated phone calls to them nobody seemed to know what was going on. Not sure I would use them again. The delivery was only sorted out when I phoned the delivery company myself. The delivery company was excellent.

Very good product, super price, and lightning quick delivery. Not the first time I have purchased from this company, and it won’t be the last.

Ordering process is straightforward and carpet was delivered in well under the 7-10 days target. Was contacted to ensure delivery was convenient. Carpet is excellent (Brockway 100% wool Beachcomber) and at a good price. Very good service overall.

Reasonable prices but took nearly a month to get delivered.
Still charge £47 delivery.poor communication and apparently couriers fault?
