Please DO NOT use this company for your arena. We have just had a brand new 20x40 arena built and as you can imagine it wasn’t cheap. We contacted this company to have carpet fibre added to the silica sand we had already put down. It was delivered very quick and we started to unravel the large bales straight away. Once we opened them, the smell was horrendous and noticed that the carpet fibre supplied was more fitting to a landfill site. It was full of debris, big chunks of underlay, carpet gripper, lumps of sharp metal, clothing, glass, tiles etc etc. We contacted Mark who said that he would sort it, after many Emails saying that we wanted him to come and take the surface away and either give us our money back or supply us with a different type of surface. I told him that my partner had already spent more than 9 hours sifting through the carpet picking up the rubbish and his answer to that was,” well most of it will probably be out by now so I’ll send some staff up to clear it by hand” and he insisted that it would be cleared and it would be fine…obviously this would be impossible as the arena was full of so much rubbish. We have photographs of all the debris we had found. We are now in the process of having it all removed by another company bailing them out. So if you decide to use them..then use at your own peril

The company and the product are fantastic .
I was unsure of the ideal surface for my arena and had literally a million questions . The support was fantastic and mark was very helpful , before ads after the surface was laid . Highly recommend .

Mark was overall helpful from start to finish!
Despite some negative reviews I read online, I chose to see for myself the quality of the surface & the customer service I received & all has been excellent.
When having to organise the transport of these products it can be challenging to say the least, so having Mark organise it all including recommendations for the best surface for me has been so helpful.
Always available to take my calls for any questions or worries I have.
Would definitely recommend for a stand alone surface (fibre) which we have.
Will look forward to seeing how my new ménage performs over the next few years 😊

Whilst looking for a provider for my Arena, I came across Carpet Gallop. Although reading through the reviews there were a few that were not very positive, along with some good reviews.
I decided to ring the company, they were very pleasant and helpful, listened to my requirements and offered a great service to which they adhered to. To which I will continue to use.

When looking to resurface our Arena, id done my research and saw these bad comments about Carpet Gallop and they are not good. Well I bit the bullet and I had no problem what's so ever. Mark was so helpful and gave me so much info about how this should be done. We had a little hiccup with the transport, but that's transport. If you understood transport you would know that its on its arse and haulier's are struggling to make ends meat!
So thanks to Carpet Gallop for everything!!!

We ordered our 60 x 20 arena kit in April '24 it was delivered on December 5th. We even had to order our own fencing as carpet gallop couldn't deliver the kit fencing. The whole experience was the most stressful time of our lives, having to repeatedly tell contractors 'sorry not today' as numerous promised delivery dates came and went. They obviously have serious cash flow problems. We spoke to the company who supply their fencing and they told us that they owed so much money they wouldn't supply them anymore. Its your decision, but I wouldn't touch them again with a 60 metre pole

Don't buy from this company. They deliver illegal carpet that stinks and contains glass, metal and lumps of plastic. They don't take it back and they don't refund you either

Very happy with the product we revived it was actually far better than expected very consistent and is just perfect for our turn out pens and looks very good Mark and his team where great from taking the order to chasing up the delivery as the weather had effected delivery . The worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered a standalone surface but after seeing lots of negative reviews I cancelled my order. 2 months later I'm still waiting on a refund, excuse after excuse, lie after lie. Please don't get sucked in by them they are con artists and thieves. They owe me 8k and are now not responding to my emails or calls... 🤬🤬

I have just received 3 bales of fibre for an arena top up and am really pleased with it. I wasn't sure how big the new round bales would be but they are huge. 500kg each and amazing value for money as included delivery. My neighbour works for a well known arena surface company and couldn't match what I paid at trade price. Staff were always friendly to deal with and always got back to me quickly. I have absolutely no affiliation with this company, am just very happy with my surface. The delivery driver even stayed and helped to roll the bales into the school

In ten years of running my own business I can honestly say that this company is the most unethical I’ve ever dealt with. I eventually cancelled my order after it was postponed many times (I have since discovered that the product he would have delivered would have been full of metal and illegal in the eyes of the environment agency). I was promised a full refund and I’m still waiting. I can’t get hold of anyone. Refusing any contact. Please avoid!! And see through the fake reviews

Had combi surface on new 50 by 25m show-jump arena over a year ago.
Great to train jumpers on and despite wettest winter in memory never ever wet or flooded and in the coldest temperatures still riding well all day. All weathers been great

Only placed my order a week ago for the standalone fibre, was nervous due to a couple of bad reviews but i was reassured once i spoke to one of the team and im so glad i went ahead, managed to get delivery yesterday early morning and laid right away, already riding on it this afternoon!

Absolutely love my new StandalonePro topper!!!! :-) My surface was very old hard sand. The fibre was so easy to install and offload and I had great advise at all stages from the team. Excellent value for money and customer service.

Mark was so helpful on the phone. Really good surface, stays dry and doesn’t freeze. Perfect. Would reccomend
