Purchased a stair carpet from them 2 years ago with "Expert Fitting" after a month had to have it refitted in places as it was coming off. Phoned them today as again carpet it coming off and was told they only garentee fitting for a year.
"They can't have much faith in there "Expert Fitters" I sugest you avoid this company as Tapi offer a 10 year garantee on fitting.

The process of choosing and purchasing the carpets was super easy and straight to the point. No nonsense approach which we prefer, but yet very kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was booked in with no issues at all and the carpet was fitted. We did have a fault in the carpet pile as to which we contacted carpet barn and this was dealt with effectively and easily. Someone came out to look at it. I was then contacted by the manager who issued a new carpet to be fitted and this was booked in quickly and fitted. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely be recommending to everyone! Thank you!

We were plesently surprised, there were no pushy sales people, when we did ask for help they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us time to try and talk on our own without hovering. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Excellent advice on the choice of carpet and fixings to tie in with floor tiles. Very skillful and careful fitting, including some awkward steps and under cupboards. Polite and charming fitter who tidied up superbly afterwards.

Excellent staff who really know what they are talking about, very efficient planning, communicating and great value for money - I shopped around and carpet barn were the cheapest and offered the best quality and able to do the dates we needed. Fitter arrived when expected and was friendly, polite and even glued down a piece of flooring in another room for me, which I was grateful for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you!

Fasr and efficient

The mattress is perfect, so comfortable. I have to say the communication around the delivery was poor and the wrapping on the mattress was split so not great!
