Staff really helpful and knowledgeable to help me replace my mobile. They found comparable options for me, transferred all consent to my new phone. Gave me all the time this needed and I was very reassured by their service.

My old phone data transferred to my new in about an hour.

Great help in sorting my contract but bad communication when phone was in store went there in person 3 days in a row and finally got it meant to be next day delivery 😩👍

The young man who served me was very helpful and professional. I believe his name was Naveen. Also Aaron helped in the set up of my phone as I am not very good when setting up a new phone. I have had several phones from Curry's and will always use them

I have used them for my phone contracts for almost 10 yrs now. They always point me in the right direction, with phone and cost. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. The staff are really nice and very knowledgeable.

He showed incredible patience while I explained how dissatisfied I was with my previous mobile contact —specifically, the value for money regarding EE's offer versus what I was paying. Mark didn't rush me at all while I was speaking and made the whole process very smooth. He came across as genuine, and there were no hidden costs. Mark asked what I was looking for and, to my surprise, offered a wide range of options at a very reasonable price. It was a wonderful experience at Cury's! I highly recommend this services to anyone who feels shortchanged by mobile phone companies—companies that, for years on end, pay no attention to existing customers.

I’m unsure what I’ve been invited to review, but if it was the recent currys insurance claim, then it was 5 stars.
Phone would not charge or turn on.
Called curry’s at 5.15 and I received a newer model of phone the next morning with zero excess to pay
(official cut off for next day delivery is 5pm but I guess I got lucky).
