I'd give zero stars if I could. Customer service was good but actual service of providing what they said when they said was awful. Phone wasn't activated vodafone knew nothing abut the contract. my teenage son had t go abroad with no service. Its been 10 days and nothing. Someone needs to sort this out from vodafone

Simon was great only went in for a new iPhone walked out with 2 new sim plans an the iPhone as he explained each package deal an everything worked out cheaper for the same sim plans me an my partner were on and worked out half the price now when I go there I go straight too simon

In the past I’ve had mixed feelings about Carphone Warehouse. Sometimes you get help other times it felt like I was an inconvenience. This time Scott was an incredible help. He went out of his way to fix an issue I had with the online chat, whilst being in by himself and managing to help other people whilst waiting for my issue to be resolved. Excellent customer service - very knowledgable, courteous, helpful. I hope Carphone Warehouse realise what an asset he is to there company.

Despite upgrading my phone the new phone has not arrived,I think this is down to DPD with a no show on delivery. Where is my phone?
The company is also uncomfortable like so many of these big firms online. The modern world has got better for firms to be able to take your money,but far worse for customer service. Where tf is my phone???? I have had a response to my review from Currys,but this is just a spurious ruse to fool the good people that read this review into believing that you are willing to help solve customers problems with your poor service. The phone number that was given for me to call for help in my case was just the same automated,crappy phone line with options that are of no use. I will never be using any of Currys companies ever again. They are useless

Scott in Braehead store is always very help and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing is to much bother and he takes the time to listen to what you are looking for.

The staff couldnt have been more helpful, particularly as I am an older customer, and not 'tech savvy'.

The Guys are so brilliant with me and my phone it totally broke down no connection at all its old
they had it sorted in no time with a new sim card and sorted it all out for me every time I have a problem they fix it straight away excellent staff that are there year after year sothats really special

I have used this service since "Geek Squad" days. Fortunately the service has not changed with change of ownership. The technicians are invariably friendly, patient and efficient. I rely on them absolutely when IT defeats me.
