Related with an order for delivery on september 13, 2022, from 18 to 20 hours. They appeared near to 22:30h. and they asked if they can do the delivery or needs to leave (they know that they're doing wrong). Anyway, from 20 hours I was calling to reference phone, and nobody responded. Very bad service for a more than 300 euros petition..

Wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered a washing machine from Carrefour
Ordered a month ago and to this day, did not receive a washing machine nor my money back. After at least ten messages an 20 tel. Calls still no money back.
I call them thieves,
What can I do to get my 320 euros back? Is there anyone who can give me an answer?

can i just say how happy we were with the service we bought a large 55" samsung tv which when we got it home we just didn't like it (always on always using data. menu system pretty horrendous) so we took it back as they had a 60 return if you were not happy.. and true to their word no problem at all..thank you

Do not buy from carrefour. Bought a swimmingpool installed it filled it and it has a leak there answer is they are not the producer and i need to spill 7800 liters water to bring it back this is a terrible and not service solution so be warned do not buy from carrefour

If only there were the 0 star option. They don't deserve this 1 star. It was going well with Carrefour online until one delivery went wrong, then I saw what they really are. My delivery went elsewhere (envialia is the transport company) and 4 weeks, countless emails and fone calls from me (they don't bother to contact you and when they do respond to your email it's automatic, cold, robotic msgs) later, i still have no package and no refund. Customer service is lamentable. They just don't care, that's all. If you get upset talking to them on the fone, they hang up on you. Get upset on the chat, they disable your ability to reach them there again (believe me, they did it to me).
Bottom line, don't do online delivery with Carrefour. Just don't.

I bought and had installed a washing machine fro carrefour. The first time I used it it was extremely noisy so I recorded the noise and sent it to carrefour. It was only one day old. They said they needed the original packaging before they could take it away. These delivery men took the packaging away and they were leaving me with no washer. Lots of no sense emails exchanged going no where forward. I then paid someone to look at it and their installers hadn’t adjusted the feet on it so it was rocking causing the noise. I then got a phone call saying carrefour were fetching the washer in 20 minutes. So I’m 30€ down, getting rubbish emails from carrefour and now have doubts about the warranty. Don’t by large electrical goods from them

We just bought a washing machine at Carrefour. As a result, we got a voucher for 60 euro, which was fine. Using the voucher has just proved impossible. We tried at the local Carrefour in Calahonda but they would not accept the voucher because it was issued by Carrefour in Fuengirola. Then we went to Fuengirola and tried to use it there. We collected goods for 88 euro and went for the cashier and handed the voucher for 60 euro to lady but the voucher was declined. Another college was summoned and they tried to solve the issue. They did not succeed. Then a third college came and took the voucher and went away telling us not to worry the problem would be solved. In the meantime a fourth Carrefour employee showed up and tried to solve it. She came up with different rambling explanations why we could not the voucher. One of the suggestions was that we should bring the receipt for the washing machine to get the discount! They even suggested we should drive 15 km. to collect it. In the end, we just emptied out bags and left Carrefour. We will probably never get the discount by Carrefour has lost a customer. Four Carrefour employee and none of them could solve the problem. I still do not understand why Carrefour Fuengirola would not accept the voucher they themselves had issued and given to me. Like some other things in Spain concerning service – a total mystery.

Today my husband and I visited the carrefour store inCalle Alday Maliano Santander, we always visit this store as my husband and Ilike the jars of lemon tea and melocoton tea and can usually pick up a box of each.
Today a very charming lady on the checkout asked for my club card I explained that I had lost it last time we were there and meant to get another, she said I can do that for you now if you have time, we filled in the form and returned it to Gema and the deal was done. She was so polite and attentive it was a pleasure to be served by her it means a lot to me as I am on crutches at the moment having just had a hip replacement. A big thankyou to GEMA from Patricia

Package delivered to the wrong store. Wasting hours ordering, driving to the store that didn't have the package, speaking to your customer service who couldn't help solving the matter (which would be as easy as deliver the package) and then finally cancelling and having to go to another store to do all the groceries. Never shopping with Carrefour again!

I ordered online for the first time at Carrefour.es supermarket. A few items were missing, but most of the groceries are well delivered, in cardboard boxes, by a helpful delivery person. The customer service offered good help and service. I ordered through the website because the app did not work well on my Android 11 mobile: the products disappeared from my shopping cart. I have not tried to solve this, but removed the app and ordered via the website. I will certainly order more often at Carrefour.es.

They sell dead baby pigs, freshly slaughtered and ripped away from their mother. Supporting meat in 2022 another covid year is so not done, this industria de mierda only supports violence, virus and bloodspills. Poor animals actually have feelings!

My order was never delivered and after 4 weeks I still don’t have my refund all my emails have fallen on deaf ears. Not one single reply. So my bank is now dealing with it. Never use this terrible supermarket especially online.

Do not order anything but groceries online from Carrefour. They use Envialia for deliveries of non-grocery items and Envialia just does not deliver. You will waste your time and money.

Never Never order something online from Carrefour.es the delivery company they use (home logistic) is sinceraly the worse i ever saw in Europe.
they just dont come and pretend they tried.
Forget paying 5% cheaper in Carrefour go to anyone else pay slightly higher and get your stuff deliverd at least....

I recently bought a bongo scooter for 740 euros from carefor , in the thinking that if something goes wrong I could take it back to them ? How wrong was I , it turned up 2 months late didn’t work everything was loose , carefor were not interested as they farmed it out to another supplyer , the website in the scooter manual didn’t exist , and the tech phone number allso had a recorded message so no help there , fortunately I found a diss ability center to sort it out , so I would not recommend carefor for anything

I have just purchased a new washing machine from Carrefour. I did go into the store (Cartaya in Huelva Province) to place the order. There was an issue with the delivery people finding our address but Alba at the Cartaya store was amazingy helpful and ensured that the machine was delivered and installed this morning. I cant praise her enough nor the delivery chaps who were also excellent, did a great job and were very friendly and approachable. Having read a lot of terrible reviews about Carrefour, I thought it important to show the other side of the coin. I couldnt have had a more helpful set of people dealing with my purchase.

Had a range of kitchen appliances delivered by Carrefour. One of the delivery men was unbearably rude and aggressive with a very bad attitude. He was disrespectful. I felt frightened by him. He should not in my view be allowed to represent Carrefour and should not be working in public facing position. Really poor service!

Steer clear of Carrefour online at all cost. Purchased a product on 03/07/21 returned via Correos 07/07/21 after 11 telephone calls and been told different things (1 being to contact my bank as it was their fault the money wasn't in my account 😂) anyway received several emails pretty much saying the same that refund had been issued having spoken with 5 different people today only. Still no further forward and still no refund 😡 really unhappy with this service and have learned a harsh lesson to never purchase from Carrefour online Spain ever again. Diabolical customer service, staff need urgent training on honesty and their right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. A very disappointed and unhappy customer!!!

Have ordered weekly and am amazed by their efficiency. They are always on time and the drivers will bring the order up three flights of stairs too. Orders are in cardboard rather than plastic and I am very satisfied.

I purchased a Blaupunkt pressure washer online and it failed within six months after only about 30 hours use with water leaking from the inside of the machine and now it will not work. I am confident that the machine has been operated correctly without any misuse, indeed when it was working it did a good job, I contacted Carrefout by email but they diid not respond so I took the faulty macine to their store at Totalan, Malaga. They phoned the office in Madrid who said they would contact me with instructions. They did contact me and said they wanted to arrange collection of the machine on a certain date but if that date was satisfactory I would need to upload some documentation to accompany the machine. I responded saying the date was okay but then everything seemed to go quiet. Their emails are no reply so you cannot respond to them. I can only send to the general site at Carrefour.es and have done so with relevant information as to my order etc but they have failed to respond now. They are completely useless at communication and are very poor with customer care, to the point they really don't seem to care at all. So now I have to escalate my complaint through FACUA in the hope that they can help me as there seems to be no other practical way forward when you cannot communicate with the supplier involved.
It also seems that Spanish consumer law in not really enforceable for the consmer, unless you are prepared to go to court which takes forever and costs so much and without any guarantee of a successful outcome. I just wish more people realised quite how bad Carrefour are so they did not buy products from them, then perhaps they would actually give some thought to customer care not just lip service.
