Recently I visit ibn batuta branch, horrible experience, unprofessional staff , my baby was cried for milk i need to warm that milk bottle no body helped me , food area staff Arabic and African they just refused to warm that milk , 10minutes my son cried for milk but no one was helped , I requested to the Filipino lady she said sorry I can do that then I said it for baby please then she just put in the oven didt warm and gave me cold milk , there is no humanity left specifically in Carrefour , their staff always rude and miss behaved
Disappointing Customer Care Service
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Carrefour that has left me questioning the quality and customer service of this international brand. On August 5th, 2024, I purchased three fresh tilapia fish from their store. Upon arriving home and opening the bag, I was hit with a foul smell—the fish were clearly spoiled.
Hoping to resolve the issue, I reached out to Carrefour's customer care team. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and careless. Despite sending an email and explaining the situation, I have received no response.
The poor quality of the products and the disappointing customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding Carrefour in the future and would advise others to be cautious as well.

They dont deliver on time.. and when you call them they would tell you someone will call for the delivery.You waited for 24 hours but no one called. They just keep on accepting orders but they cannot manage the delivery.

Worst customer service ever! Bought a Hoover6 from the Hypermarket Store. Man went off to get us one out the back as not on shelf. Came back with a battered box we looked at each other should never have accepted the box but when we got it home and unpacked it the lead did not retract so was not happy. Obviously a faulty returned item we had been given. Rang customer service told her about the problem she was reporting it and will get back to me. I said we no longer have the box as it was battered she said no problem at all. Send her pictures of receipt etc. Did that straight away. Then I got an email with ticket number saying they would get back to me within 24 hours!
Long story short we heard nothing! Rang again after 36 hours man said you need to take back to store for refund, again he confirmed no problem if no box. Next day in the heat we got a taxi 55dhs and took back to store. Thats where there was Zero customer service yet again. You cannot return it without the box! After lengthly argument and phone calls manager was going to listen to both call centre recorded calls and get back to me next day! That didn’t happen either! Watts app this time and got a promise I would get a call 30 mins to one hour. Nope! Watts app again got a call after another half hour and had to explain it all yet again! Now awaiting call back. Going back to UK tomorrow still have this rubbish hoover and stress! Will never buy anything from Carrefour again! Worst customer service ever! Avoid!

Economy is good why it’s happening ?? I was buying Rexona for years for 12-13 dirham now it’s 18-23 dirham.Prices for Vegetables also increased.Plus quality got worsts! Veggies are expired and in molt,and it is very obvious. For a month or so can’t see nice cucumbers and it’s Summer! Carrots was 4 dirham now 6,5.And many many other stuff price increased.Also please pay attention on your small stores as they have storage air condition issues and I believe that’s why they look not fresh.Plus you can’t sell obviously spoiled Vegetables since 1 week for the same price! They should be discounted if you wanna sell them. How come price increases and quality drops down ??

I am beyond disappointed with Carrefour. My order was not delivered on the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience. Despite contacting customer service and explicitly requesting a callback, no one reached out to me. Being told to wait up to 24 hours for a response is unacceptable, especially for urgent matters. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Carrefour's reliability and customer service. Quality bad + quantity
it feels like they gave precise orders to the People who choose fresh products such as fruits and vegetables, as they choose the worst quality + smallest pieces the ones that you will throw after 2 or 3 days + for vegetables, when it is 2,05 kg instead of 2 that you order they charge you the supplement, but for the meat and fish that I ordered I have 200 gr missing to my 1 kg but they still charged full price instead of calculating for real weight as they do when they need to charge, if an item is missing they will say that they will refund but after 1 month if you don't remind them they will never send back
Wrong item delivered and zero resolution
I used carrefour app for the first time in the hope that it will be a sage buy and if anything wrong - I will be taken care of.. however, .. they delivered a wrong item and its been 4 days finished now with no resolution.i have been calling them twice a day everyday and they assure that within 24 hours I will get the ordered item. However, only talks and no resolution. I guess there are teams who have no clue about what the others are doing or conveying to the customer.they asked to send picture of delivered item which I did immediately- then next day they asked for airway bill number and then on the 4th day they asked to send a video of the item.i do not understand the logic of asking the video when the photos arr already shared- what will change and how does it help. On 4th day I received a email saying that someone and will collect the item from you but the correct item delivery will be after 4 days when eid holidays finish as the seller is not working. I know that the seller is in bir dubai with a retail shop and is very much open.they are giving wrong statements. My first purchase from them and probably my last as it has been really pathetic experience.i have been very patient for last 4 days but its been a while now

On May 30th, we purchased a dishwasher online. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but when I called, they said it would arrive on Tuesday. We waited. On Tuesday, we called, and they assured us it would definitely arrive by 8 PM. We waited again. On Wednesday, we called at least 3-4 times a day because it was time to renew our rental contract and the landlord was waiting for the dishwasher's invoice. Despite mentioning this, they kept saying, "Yes, you're right, it's delayed, unacceptable, we are dealing with it immediately," but still, it did not arrive. Today, our rental contract is overdue. For four days, we have been waiting at home, missing work because they said it would be delivered. When I called again today, they mockingly said, "If I were you, I would be angry too. You're right, I will file a complaint and direct the team immediately," yet it still did not arrive by the end of the day. Do not shop online! Especially, do not bother calling to explain your situation; they will only mock you and never actually help!
