Discrimination

I always experience discrimination when paying at the cashier because baggers usually leave and go to another check out area to assist arabic people. 90%. Same also in lulu hypermarket.

Ordered two TVs.

Ordered two TVs.. they called me while i was on another call, a second later i call back and they don't pick up. Then i find an email that they have refunded the amount.. they didn't even try to deliver! I speak to customer service.. they are like a robot and they closed the chat. I have spent more than 50,000 with Carrefour on various electronics and this is how they treat me? Absolutely the worst..

even if they are not deserve one star…

even if they are not deserve one star also from my side zero star beacouse i just bought mac pro charger for apple lep top mac pro i dont like it i went back with in 30 min they dont want to give me my refund they said no cash in return i only can take voucher instead of money bad policy and i have very bad experience will never shop again in Jumbo electronics.

Very bad experience I faced from carrefour burjuman customer service.last night I brought the soundcore bluetooth speaker it’s mentioned deep bass but it’s bass not good so today I went to exchange.customer care representative trying to argue with me then I left things there and came back.

Second time the carrefour did again

Second time the carrefour did again. I never received call from delivery in notification in Carrefour app it says the arrival on 4pm, then 6 pm until 10 pm. And again. 5-7 days waiting i don't have any stocks here since the stupid ethopian didn't cook food for the staff so i need to stock the food. Now im i don't have any amount to buy again. I will uninstall the carrefour app worst experience

If there was an option for zero stars…

If there was an option for zero stars it would be selected. I placed an order for home appliance scheduled for delivery. The application does not have a tracking function working and they do not send any updates regarding the order, on the day of delivery I called the “customer care” hotline and simply asked if the item was being delivered today. They claimed someone would call me (no one called). I had to call a further 2 times for someone to follow up with my simple request. I was advised apparently dealing with hundreds of request and I needed to wait my turn, eventually they advised it was being delivered before 10pm. 10pm arrived and my item was not delivered. Called the following day asking to speak to a manager, “customer service” advised “we will need to see if they are fee to speak to you”. After 20 minutes the seller of the appliance contacted me and advised the item had been discontinued, which was strange because carrefour customer care had advised it was out for delivery the previous day. They apologised and refunded the amount. Carrefour “customer care” called advising the same and had no response to why they informed me the previous day the item was going to be delivered. The stated they would be investigating (I’m not sure how that was going to help the situation) I advised how their customer service was unacceptable, so they claimed they would offer me share points to the value of 50 dirhams. When I advised I do not have a share app, they had the audacity to asked me to download it! Needless to say I declined and to that they just said sorry and call was ended. Later on a I received an email from carrefour, they claimed that they had attempted delivery but could not reach me and they were cancelling the order! Absolutely laughable, communication is truly awful. DO NOT BUY anything online from carrefour, if you want something done it’s better to do it yourself. Thanks for the terrible experience.

Not even called back after my complaint

They don’t know how deal with customer
I had order one Grinder from them which is one year warranty, after 4 months it’s not working anymore
No one responds my email
On late so many called and emails they pic the items for repair but it’s more than a month no response when they will return not even reply my email

Bad experience

I visited Carrefour Sharjah Matajer Al Khan on August 30th at around 9 PM, hoping to buy some chicken from the butchery section. However, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no assistance. When we finally asked a staff member named Salem about the situation, his response was incredibly disappointing. He informed us, quite rudely, that the butcher wouldn’t be available until 7 AM the next day.

The attitude of the staff, especially Salem, was unacceptable and left a negative impression. As a regular customer, I expect better service and a more helpful attitude from the employees. Very disappointed with this experience.

The delivery team dropped off the items right at my doorstep without providing any installation assistance or support. They left without further ado. Carrefour failed to inform customers during the online purchase process that additional installation fees would be necessary and that their delivery vendors wouldn’t offer any support for installation services. These items come with technical requirements, and customers should either be warned in advance or presented with an option for installation services up front. I won't be shopping here again—thank you, Carrefour for the unhappy experience!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service

I am a regular customer of carrefour online but i notice not once but twice and todays order is my 3rd time for putting a replacement item that is out of stocks without my consent.

Calling a customer for 1minute is not a big loss for you guys
Just inform if customer will accept the replacement or no!
Appreciated for lulu and abudhabi coop bcos they will call the customer if item is available or not!
And shout out for your customer service team! Not polite at all to answer the queries of your customer!!!
Much disappointed!!

Happy Customer

I visited Carrefour at the MoE in Dubai yesterday 15 August to purchase couple of accessories for mobile phone. During which I came across one of their sales representative, Neil; I must say my knowledge of navigating around a mobile phone is very limited, nevertheless, Neil explained the various accessories and went through the pros & cons; although his role is to sell but also he wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I needed and suited my requirements rather than just sell regardless. So big shout for Neil, Well done and keep up the good work.

Recently I visit ibn batuta branch

Recently I visit ibn batuta branch, horrible experience, unprofessional staff , my baby was cried for milk i need to warm that milk bottle no body helped me , food area staff Arabic and African they just refused to warm that milk , 10minutes my son cried for milk but no one was helped , I requested to the Filipino lady she said sorry I can do that then I said it for baby please then she just put in the oven didt warm and gave me cold milk , there is no humanity left specifically in Carrefour , their staff always rude and miss behaved

Disappointing Customer Care Service

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Carrefour that has left me questioning the quality and customer service of this international brand. On August 5th, 2024, I purchased three fresh tilapia fish from their store. Upon arriving home and opening the bag, I was hit with a foul smell—the fish were clearly spoiled.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I reached out to Carrefour's customer care team. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and careless. Despite sending an email and explaining the situation, I have received no response.

The poor quality of the products and the disappointing customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding Carrefour in the future and would advise others to be cautious as well.

They dont deliver on time.

They dont deliver on time.. and when you call them they would tell you someone will call for the delivery.You waited for 24 hours but no one called. They just keep on accepting orders but they cannot manage the delivery.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!


Worst customer service ever! Bought a Hoover6 from the Hypermarket Store. Man went off to get us one out the back as not on shelf. Came back with a battered box we looked at each other should never have accepted the box but when we got it home and unpacked it the lead did not retract so was not happy. Obviously a faulty returned item we had been given. Rang customer service told her about the problem she was reporting it and will get back to me. I said we no longer have the box as it was battered she said no problem at all. Send her pictures of receipt etc. Did that straight away. Then I got an email with ticket number saying they would get back to me within 24 hours!
Long story short we heard nothing! Rang again after 36 hours man said you need to take back to store for refund, again he confirmed no problem if no box. Next day in the heat we got a taxi 55dhs and took back to store. Thats where there was Zero customer service yet again. You cannot return it without the box! After lengthly argument and phone calls manager was going to listen to both call centre recorded calls and get back to me next day! That didn’t happen either! Watts app this time and got a promise I would get a call 30 mins to one hour. Nope! Watts app again got a call after another half hour and had to explain it all yet again! Now awaiting call back. Going back to UK tomorrow still have this rubbish hoover and stress! Will never buy anything from Carrefour again! Worst customer service ever! Avoid!

Last Sunday there was a offer on jenan wheat flour,5kg 10dihrm only,so I purchased it,yesterday wen I unsealed the 5kg packet of wheat flour I was totally upset it was maida all purpose flour,now the point to complain is I don't like to throw food and I m thyroid cholesterol and heart patient so for me it is not good to consume so much maida flour,it is not matter of 10 dihram, it is matter people who really cannot afford so they buy this offer price flour,they will definitely consume it because no money no other option,,so please if there is no offer it will do,but only to sell the product which is not what has been written in offer booklet please request don't play with people emotions and health.
