I am writing to express my appreciation…

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your delivery team members, Ahmed, who delivers from Carrefour Manar Mall.

On Thursday, 26 June, for Order No: 784020008117588, I was not home at the time of delivery (around 2 PM). Ahmed, a young gentleman whom I believe is Egyptian, called to inform me that he was outside my apartment at Royal Breeze 4, Al Hamra Village. I had ordered some perishable items and requested that he leave them outside in a way that would prevent spoilage. Despite my usual preference to avoid plastic bags for environmental reasons, Ahmed went above and beyond by neatly packing everything in brown paper bags with great care and attention to detail. When I returned home, I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully and professionally he had handled the situation.

Today, he delivered another order (Order No: 784010008280744), and I had the chance to ask if he was the same person who had delivered my previous order. He confirmed it was him. I had forgotten his name, but I had already intended to send feedback last week to commend his professionalism, problem-solving skills, and courteous manner.

In a world where good service often goes unnoticed, I believe it’s important to recognize individuals like Ahmed who represent your brand with such excellence. His actions reflect a high standard of customer care and responsibility, and I sincerely hope this feedback is acknowledged and shared with him and his supervisors.

Please consider this a formal commendation for Ahmed. Employees like him are a true asset to Carrefour and deserve to be recognized.

I have received the worst customer service from a guy from Bangladesh his name ichouad at carrefour marina crown dubai, I live here 16 years and I'm a regular customer to carrefour, every single day I do my shopping at carrefour marina crown, unfortunately this guy always ignoring customers and never pay attention to people's needs, he either playing or laughing with the staffs, if you ask him for anything he pretend he never hear, hope you guys receive this message and make action

I found Carrefour to be cheats and greedy for money

I found Carrefour to be cheats... Simple and straightforward cheats greedy for money... I was at Carrefour on this Tuesday afternoon and paid for a fridge, washing machine and microwave on promise that it will be delivered on Thursday 5th June 2025, I made sure that the salesman understands that I need these items for Eid... And he assured me it will be delivered, all paid and came home, very next day I received an sms saying your items will be delivered on 9th Monday.. called a number of times to remind them of their promises but failed... Thank you Carrefour spoiling my Eid!! A person named sherin called to apologise but she sounded professionally lying... I wish there was an option to attach files sms/receipt as proofs

Bad service

Im expecting for a deliver yesterday but untill now not yet delivered. I tried to call the customer service but they cant give me update.

It is unacceptable that Carrefour Deira…

It is unacceptable that Carrefour Deira City Centre’s online delivery service continues to send wrong items—despite repeated complaints to customer service. This is not a one-time mistake but a consistent failure in order accuracy and quality control.
Customers should not have to double-check and fight for correct deliveries every time they place an order. What’s more disappointing is the lack of improvement even after reporting these errors multiple times. This reflects serious operational flaws and disregard for customer experience.
I urge Carrefour’s management to take immediate action to fix these persistent delivery issues. Accuracy, accountability, and customer satisfaction must be a priority—before loyal customers take their business elsewhere.

Bought In Carrefour cheese with mold

I ordered cheese online from Carrefour in a package with a 10-month expiration date. But when we opened it, we saw that it was covered in mold. I contacted customer service, but they said that I had to report my problem within 24 hours because it is a product that quickly expires! But it has a 10-month expiration date! Why do I have to open it quickly??? It was not packaged by Carrefour! Disappointed!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Carrefour Market. I bought chicken legs from the store, and after cooking them thoroughly, I noticed there was still blood inside and the texture and taste were very off — definitely not normal. It made me question the freshness and quality of the meat being sold.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that the prices at this branch are significantly higher compared to other supermarkets in the area. For what you’re paying, you would expect much better quality and service.

Unfortunately, this will be the last time I shop at this location. I hope Carrefour takes these issues seriously and improves the quality control of their products.
بصراحة كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال. اشتريت أفخاذ دجاج من هذا الفرع، وبعد ما طيبتها كويس، لاحظت أن الدم مازال ظاهر داخل اللحم والطعم كان غريب جداً، كأنها مش طازجة أو فيها شي غلط. هذا خلاني أشك في جودة ونظافة المنتجات اللي يبيعوها.

كمان لاحظت إن الأسعار في هذا الفرع أغلى بكثير من باقي المحلات في نفس المنطقة، ومع هيك السعر العالي، المفروض يكون في جودة أفضل بكثير.
للأسف، هذه راح تكون آخر مرة أشتري منهم. أتمنى من كارفور يهتمون أكثر بمستوى الجودة والرقابة على المنتجات.

After placing an order at Carrefour

After placing an order at Carrefour, it was abruptly canceled without prior notice when it was about to be delivered. When I contacted customer support for clarification, the representative informed me that the company reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion and that any refund would only be processed after 7-10 working days. This response was not only dismissive but also unacceptable, as it disregards customer convenience and trust.

Additionally, I find it concerning that the in-store staff directed me to place the order online, only for the transaction to be canceled without proper justification. This has left me hesitant to make future purchases—whether online or at your Deira City Center Carrefour location—due to the lack of reliability and poor service standards.

Long line outer parking but exit gate raf language

I had one of the worst customer service…

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Carrefour. I accidentally purchased the wrong memory disk and returned the item in perfect condition the very next day, simply wanting to exchange it for a more expensive one. Despite this, the customer service team was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They refused the exchange just because the item had already been purchased — no flexibility, no logic, and definitely no effort to assist.

What made it worse was the rude attitude of the staff, as if helping a customer was a burden. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when I was willing to pay more for the right product.

Lulu Hypermarket, on the other hand, has always treated me with respect. Their return and exchange process is smooth, and the staff are polite and helpful. Honestly, Carrefour has a lot to learn from Lulu when it comes to customer service and return policies.

If you want to be treated fairly, avoid Carrefour and go to Lulu.

No customer awareness

I visited Carrefour IBN Battuta store with the view to purchase a hairdryer. This was easily afternoon. The sales assistant wa too busy issuing a hair straightener on her own hair and continued with her hair while I was standing alongside her looking at the dryers. I left and purchased the sage hairdryer from another store in the centre. Zero customer service.

Worst experience and it will be the last one with carrefour cause I will never buy anything from them ,, I bought upright a freezer and explained to the salesman it won’t fit in the lift , they assure me they will delivered the product throughout the stares.. one the day of the delivery,, they refused to bring it up .. suggested to either deliver to the reception or to contract delivery service on my own and take the whole risk if damage happened to it .. all they care about it to put the whole responsibility on me .. and called themselves as costumer services !!!!

Awful experience with carefoure website i purchased a coffee machine don’t not exist while in the website shows it existing, i waited 7 days as per the schedule I followed with the customer service he told me that they will contact the department and get back to me and he told me the delivery with be at 8 or 10 pm time has passed till next day morning i have to follow again several times with no answer or action and I had to wait for the manager more than two hours to call while they told me she will call after two hours she called me with no action plan i have no idea how they put her manager as she share my contact information to the seller to speak to me in order to do her job while the only thing i want is my coffee machine she told me that there’s no inventory with the seller which is mean carrefore they care about profit not customer as they said and keep receiving orders with no inventory and she simply said even if you purchase you agreed to the terms and conditions that after purchase if there is no inventory or issue with a delivery we will refund, if i know i would go and purchase from non reliable place instead of them now i have to wait two weeks for my refund
