After the first 3mths of carefree motoring ,wack,New clutch,New alternator, ,new battery,new rear view camera,worried i had the R A C home service which showed me all the filters that had never been changed bearing in mind they said it had,had a service then after all that it has started smoking ,So if its a good nights sleep you are after and no extra spend drive directly past direct car .ps funny how their web site is full of 5* reviews.

Sold me a car with a broken oil cooler and broken water cooler. The warranty company they work with are not willing to discuss. The Google reviews for this company are obviously fake. I'd avoid these at all costs.

Sold me a car that needed about 3k worth of repairs after telling me it was in perfect condition. Wouldn’t repair it or refund me so now having to take them to court to get my money back. AVOID.

Stay away at any cost. My partner got a gar from them and he has more issues then you can imagine. He check Mot history but it was 1 BIG FAT LIE. after a month he discovered a oil leak took it back was told it was fixed... IT WASN'T!!! It cost him £700 to have it fixed shocks ware in very bad state cost £400. Condensation in both front lights £1200.

Nothing but trouble from the start, we thought we had brought a decent car but there was so much wrong with it. They hadn't even cleaned it when we collected it. By law we had every right to take it back and get a full refund. They wasn't interested. We had to go through trading standards but they still wouldn't take the car back. The next step was to take them to court which we was going to do but a close member of our family was taken very poorly and we needed a car quick. Took it to another garage and explained what was wrong. They then told us it was a category S car and this wouldn't show on the log book because the car was sold with private plates on . Got totally ripped off lost thousands of pounds.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Amazing dealership and family-owned — they truly make you feel at home. There was no pressure to purchase, they answered all of my questions, and even stayed open after hours to accommodate me. It’s very rare to find such an honest and incredible dealership, but these guys are an absolute gem. I will definitely be back again soon!

Very good experience. I paid a £250 deposit on a terrific car, but my circumstances changed for the worse. Despite holding the car for about two weeks and my finally having to tell Adin that I could not buy it, he refunded my money without any delay. You can trust this company without any doubt.

Great service, excellent service from Jim highly recommended, car was described really good over the phone, pictures didn't do justice to car , one happy customer, if I need to replace car will be definitely coming back .

My son in law put a deposit down on a car from this garage and also paid cash for 4 new tyres to be put on before collection.
When he went to collect the car , it had been damaged , hadn’t been cleaned and although they agreed replace the pads and discs on the front of the vehicle it still made a noise from the front wheels.
He spoke to them about these issues and they started to argue with him. He then said I’m not accepting this vehicle and please pay me back the cash you had from me. They then started shouting at him saying it was like that when you test drove it and he should still take the car. He left the car there and walked away.
My daughter phoned them to ask for the cash back and he refused calling her all the names under the sun.
Whatever you do please think carefully before buying any car from this dealership as they are crooks and very rude.
They still owe him money for the tyres.

DONT BUY FROM HERE i brought a mercedes ml from these guy was lovely and trusting at 1st 10 mins into my journey home i had to take back it lost power they had for 1 weeks told me they deliver back on a full tank but no half empty i mentions brakes was squeeling bad i took back to reject and the abuse i got qas awful in front of a child too after all calmed i agreed to new brake disc and pads was told to bed them in 500 miles but no gave 1 week squeeling was bag again went through finance to help they took the car back to inveategate and again rude and abusive and lies i got it back 3 day later apperently there garage couldnt find the issue so i took to my garage who had found they tampered with the car they had ripped disc shield off put new pads on front to scored disc cv boot split and leaking a clamp holding exhaust is broken and 1 winter tyre that could blow out if red hot took back with finance agreement to get all cancelled and with in 24hours its back up for sale using old images they are very rude and abusive never experience anything like this before glad my sister recoreded all

Also they make promises and dont keep to there word

The one rating was choosen only because I had to choose a star otherwise I couldn't leave a review, but ideally I would even give one.

The guy assured me that the vehicle I was buying had been fully serviced and everything was good, he told me that he has been driving his children and all ok, he also refused a warranty at first but after some chats he finally agreed to offer me a 28 day warranty (now I know why) at just 20 days after purchase there is a loud knocking on the car constantly, so when I called him to ask him to look at it, he refused point blank so I tried to explain with him that this car is for my family and that I do need it to be safe and you assured me that it was okay before purchasing so then he finally agreed to look at the car but days later after the 28 days warranty would expire.... so I agreed, but then he cheekily said if anything needs fixing he would not pay, so I told him I would take it further if he didn't as were under warranty and not fixing is not acceptable, (though just all hypothetical now lets see the car first), then he got all aggressive, shouting and then refused to see the vehicle and put the phone down.

I mean I had hoped he would honour the 28 days warranty...guess not his attitude makes me wonder if he knew something was wrong with the vehicle before... maybe I am too trusting!

Obviously now I am forced to pay for the car to be fixed 20 days after buying from him through fear of more aggressiveness even though were under warranty and being a women I would rather not have confrontation!

I had hoped to be leaving a good review but unfortunately I cannot.

The service from start to finish was really good . I arrived a bit early for my car pick but that wasn't an issue to them and they came straight away
Everything went smoothly and I was back on the road within the hour .

Where do I start, everything started well when we looked at purchasing a mini clubman. The car looked quite presentable on the surface. With the car looking clean and the sales guy promising it was all things good and that they had just serviced the vehicle we went ahead with the purchase. £500 down with some left to pay with credit provided by Motion Finance. (Who should review who they do business with)
The agreement made we returned to the garage to collect the vehicle. At the point of collection the sales guy grunted to another confirming the the finance was complete. He then thrust the key (only one not previously mentioned) across the table and said the car is in the supermarket car park next door. Completely disengaging with no handover and more importantly no paperwork, not even a bill of sale. I wish I could say that’s where the bad experience ends. Having driven the car a few days and being concerned I had it checked over and serviced. At this time we were told the rear brakes were dangerous, the car had not been serviced anytime recently and the clutch was failing and needed a new flywheel. Photographic evidence will be uploaded. All in all a £1500 bill! Absolute con men so just don’t do it!

Plsease good mannor and good communication go's a long way yes there was issues with my not new car and yes maybe we could all by new .Got to say first class start to finish and the end result is a very happy customer cheeers all at direct cars.

Great service from Sam, he was enthusiastic and down to earth about the car and the prices. I would happily recommend both carsdirect and his services to anyone interested in buying a car either new or secondhand!

Bought a faulty car, which was not fit for purpose. Had no help from the dealership and service that I have received from them was the worst service I ever had. Everything is very suspicious about the dealership and people who work there has absolutely no idea about customer service and laws.

DO NOT BUY.
rude and swearing at you. the warranty what u getting is absolutely worth notting.
