Can't praise them enough. It's not just the report they provide it's the fact that you can contact them about the issues raised. Emailing a human as opposed to no customer support or an AI chatbot.

They've responded promptly every day and will be sending them my 4th email to their 3rd reply after writing this. Even though I'm just getting them to help me work out what could have happened.

I wish to God I known about them and paid for this check before we bought the car {that turned out to be a Cat S write off given a perfect MOT by the garage that sold it to us.}

I'd recommend everyone using them before buying a second hand car. And the thing that sets them apart from other services is the fact that they make it easy to contact them, respond quickly, have no problem with follow ups or discussing possibilities to help you work out what could have happened, where you stand, what you can do.

I wish I'd used them 16 months ago, but let's pray the info and email support they've provided means I can win the case against the dealer who sold us a knock-off.

Well what a relief we used this service on a van we were looking at purchasing. Too good to be true usually is. Was in this case. This report picked up its mileage had been wound back nearly 100k and there was still outstanding finance on it. Apart from being absolutely gutted about it I’ve been saved from buying a van I thought was perfect and potentially avoided a whole heap of problems.

Brilliant service from Marcus and team!
A potential buyer had raised a mileage issue on my vehicle report that he had bought through HPI check. Fearing a potential scam or indeed a real mileage issue, I confirmed this through my own check with CarVeto. Myself and the buyer then reached out to both HPI (Solera) and CarVeto for help in rectifying the issue. HPI were worse than useless, they only wanted more money and were very slow to respond, ultimately doing nothing. However CarVeto and Marcus were the exact opposite - they got on the case promptly and managed to get the BVLRA mileage discrepancies removed by Experian so this would then reflect across all providers. CarVeto is not only cheaper but they are hands down the better service when it comes to reports for buying and selling used cars. I will definitely recommend them to others and use again myself!
