This was the third piece of furniture I have purchased in the ‘Imari range’. As usual the furniture arrived on time. Well packaged and undamaged. The furniture arrived is well made to high standard. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend this company very happy customer.

We just purchased the Florence dark mango display cabinet. It's really lovely quality and a great value piece. Very pleased with the item and the customer service with this company.

We ordered a chest of drawers for our bedroom. The item was delivered fast, but we realised it had a couple of small imperfections. The communication with Casa Bella was flawless, they immediately offered alternatives, and at the end we agreed on a replacement as the best option for us. The new furniture came immediately and had no issues. And it looks lovely, thank you!

The item of furniture we have purchased is beautiful exactly as we saw it on the the website,also delivery of the item was delivered between the time we was allocated we would highly recommend this company.

My tv unit is excellent quality and very well made. Being made from reclaimed wood it is individual and looks perfect in my seaside house. It was delivered promptly and was packaged with great care. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella Furniture. Beautiful furniture and great service.

I would of given this a 5 star but there was confusion over the Delivery address and whilst I was assured it was coming to me it was making its way to the wrong address. However the delivery driver checked the order for a house number and realised it was the wrong address. He delivered it and placed them in the room of my choice. He was very polite. The order was well packed and the tables are perfect for my room.

The furniture is better than expected. The two pieces we bought look really good in our living room. We bought a media unit which now holds our vinyl and turntable. We also bought a two draw cabinet in the same style to hold my wife's crafting items. The pieces are a good weight, well made and using a wood that's a byproduct of food production. Delivery was absolutely as projected, on time and with a friendly driver. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy again.

This is our third order with casa bella furniture. The tv unit was on back order and ended up being an extra 4-6 weeks delayed unfortunately, so it was a bit of a wait. The company kept us up to date though, and the delivery driver kindly took away the packaging on arrival as we requested. We’re delighted with all 3 pieces of furniture we’ve ordered from them so far (bed, blanket box and tv unit). Solid furniture and gorgeous wood. In future we’d possibly avoid ordering items on back order but would still order from them again.

We ordered a pair of mango wood units from the company.

They are really well made and are great quality. It's so nice to get furniture delivered that is already assembled these days.

When they arrived they were really well packaged and delivered directly into the room for us.

There was a long lead time on the order unfortunately, but they were worth waiting for.

Great quality furniture. On the expensive side but worth it. I needed to ask customer service for some missing screws but they were sent quickly. We also had a problem initially with one drawer not opening smoothly but they sent someone around to shave some of the inside off and now all is perfect.

Lovely solid quality item with a beautiful grain to the wood. I also really appreciated the sample service option prior to making a purchase…this was so useful enabling me to make a choice that was absolutely perfect! Great communications and delivery service. All round faultless business 🌟

Brilliant lovely furniture good service

I had a endless list of questions, the team at Casa Bella were quick to either answer or respond to my emails. I had the delivery address wrong on numerous occasions as I made multiple purchases at different times over the course of several weeks - all of which were corrected by the Casa Bella team immediately. Now the items, what can I say but wow! freaking stunning! each item bought was made with high quality materials. The delivery was on time, with frequent updates and a call shortly before delivery. I feel reluctant to share with people where I got my furniture from (you guys know what I mean) BUT I also feel compelled to share my shopping experience with everyone. Thank you Casa Bella team!
