We were a bit apprehensive about ordering furniture on line but had been searching for so long for a dark wood dining table and chairs that was not old fashioned
The young lady I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful ,the communication with the company was first class ,we were kept informed of delivery date,time etc via e mail + txt message from the driver on the day of delivery
We are delighted with the quality of our furniture and would not hesitate to order from this company again

I’ve ordered 4 pieces of furniture from Casabella over the last couple of years and also a set of drawers for my parents. Great quality and service right through to delivery. Opted for the Oslo Mango Light range as love the mix of tones. The patterns that the different tones create in the wood can vary quite heavily between and within each item of furniture. Might not be for everyone but I personally like the uniqueness this creates. The finish on the wood is so smooth and almost glossy but so far has not marked or scratched at all, despite me dumping anything and everything on top of the furniture. Recommend wiping out any drawers before use to get rid of any sawdust residue. Delivery was smooth and arranged via personal email. For the quality and finish I find the prices extremely reasonable. A company that clearly prides itself on high quality and service.

I ordered the combo set of chest of drawers and bedside tables beginning of November. It said in was in stock, so placed my order. A few weeks later had a call to say bedside tables delayed till next year. No offer of money off or anything. Disappointed as I wanted my room finished but now it’s got makeshift bedside tables from boxes for another month. My chest of drawers came a few weeks ago and really happy with these, such beautiful quality. Just wish I had the whole set, or some money off as an apology, it’s not cheap stuff. Just beware if things are in stock if you want it quickly

I'm so impressed! After rabbit-holing new dining room tables and chairs for days and to the point where everything started to look the same, the Skandi honey mango dining table, wishbone chairs and bench popped up in my search. It was exactly what I was looking for and somehow it was quite a bit more affordable than what I had been seeing around up to that point. I'd never heard of Casa Bella before, so did my usual ritual of safety checks and soon discovered that in addition to an excellent Trustpilot score, hundreds of people posted photos with reviews of their new furniture in their homes and pretty much everybody seemed over the moon. There was just one problem; the table was in stock, but not the bench or the chairs. I was having a friend over from the US for Thanksgiving this year, so the pressure was on to find a solid wood table with no veneer or engineered wood parts anywhere. I really needed the table, but was happy to wait for the parts that weren't in stock. I'd read somewhere on the website that it was a small family owned company and called them, there would be no harm in just asking; if I offered to pay the shipping twice, could they please send the table now and then send on the chairs and bench when they came into stock? I didn't expect them to say yes, but to my surprise they did. They split the original order into two orders and went so far out of their way to accommodate my very annoying request and keep me updated of all the movements along the way. The level of customer service Casa Bella provided is just not something you see that often these days - they bent over backwards to help me get my dilemma sorted.

The table arrived within a week and it's absolutely beautiful! Solid, sturdy and heavy with a beautiful finish. I was slightly concerned initially, as the outside box did arrive a bit battered, but everything was tightly bubble wrapped inside and the table was in perfect condition. I am so thrilled and can't wait for the rest of the order to arrive now. Highly recommended!

Beautiful furniture and wonderful customer service!

Lovely furniture at a decent price, but what made me want to write a review was the quality of customer service and after care. You can ring up and talk to a real person and they help you straight away. They follow up with emails and then deliveries come exactly when they say they will. Sounds basic but it's really not anymore. We will be buying all our furniture from here from now on

Beautiful piece of furniture, wifi stand. Turnaround quicker than originally quoted. Excellent service throughout. Delivery driver went beyond expectations due to tricky address & really helpful tracking in place. Would not hesitate to use again. Many thanks.

Absolutely over the moon with my new bedroom furniture from the oslo range. Beautiful quality pieces, strong solid wood with a lot of character. Looks amazing in my bedroom. Delivery took place within 2 weeks of ordering by two extremely helpful delivery men who went above and beyond. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really pleased with the sideboard and tv unit from the Oslo range. The quality is great and arrived very well packaged.

The table sizes were a bit larger than I initially expected, but they fit surprisingly well in my room. I absolutely love the rich dark walnut color, and the smaller table even doubles as a handy spare stool, which is a great bonus! The sideboards are the perfect size and feel very sturdy, though it would be even better if the drawers were removable. If you're a fan of a rich, almost black walnut, this is the one for you—plus, you can order a color sample if you're worried it might be too dark. On top of that, the communication was smooth, and the movers were incredibly helpful.
