Disappointing product purchase.
The Rattan garden furniture we purchased for nearly £700.00 four years ago deteriorated so bad that it is now unsafe to use.
When we contacted the company including photos of the failed product they replied by hiding behind the manufacturer 1 year warranty and a 25% discount on a new set of furniture that would probably fail in the same way!
We are so disappointed having moved the furniture into the garage so to avoid inclement weather every year.

We’re sorry you’re disappointed. However, the furniture is nearly five years old and the photographs show deterioration consistent with age, exposure and lack of ongoing maintenance, rather than a manufacturing fault.
The set is well outside its warranty period, but we still offered a 25% discount on a replacement as a goodwill gesture.

Beautiful garden furniture set
Delivered earlier than expected. We put it together ourselves was pretty straightforward. Beautiful seating l shaped with thick comfy seat pads. The whole family is delighted with the furniture it looks very classy. Affordable pricing too.

You won’t be disappointed with this product
I’d be very happy to recommend this company. We had a 4x3 fitted by Neil and his mate ,it took about 2.5 hours and I was glad I paid for fitting. They did an excellent job and we’re very pleased with the product and the service.

Love my new Pergola
Order process and information was good (albeit the pay 50% up front option disappeared so had to pay in full). Stephen at the Runcorn Office was really good, responsive and helpful. The Pergola arrived on time and was erected by Daniel and Tyler. Very tidy, very professional and job was completed in 3 hours. Good instruction from Daniel and it looks fabulous, very high quality. This would have been a 5 star review if Casa Maria took away the packaging or provided a paid option to do so. Small point in the scheme of things but left me with a bit of a problem.

Beautiful furniture, easy to build and very comfortable
Boxes were delivered in 2 batches but were were kept informed . My husband found the instructions to build easy to follow and we are delighted with the finished product.
