Ordered my Juwel aquarium filters eventually on this new website after very prompt question to old aqua zone website. They arrived very quickly and were as described. The prices were not quite as competitive as those quoted on Aqua zone website but still good value. Will use them again

I have a tropical fish tank which has various filters. I always go to CascadeBitz because their site is easy to use and the cost is cheaper than the shops. They arrive by post in a couple of days and I don't have to pay postage.

These guys have awe sum products , and they do what it says on the tin , you order they deliver .

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful when I needed products and general advice on looking after my Koi fish pond, which I inherited,l.

Having no experience, it was quite a daunting task. Les especially has been very co-operative when I needed help.

Definitely recommend them to all.

I was shocked at the prices compaired to what I normally pay and saved a small fortune. I will definitely be ordering again as the the service was prompt and I was also presented it £25 off my next order. Very pleased I flicked and found you guys. found this company whilst browsing ebay, so glad I took a look as their prices were amazingly cheaper than anywhere else!! Website is easy to navigate and order though I needed some advice, so rang an spoke to a very plesant knowledgeable and honest gentleman who answered a lot of questions and his advice was Not to make money but Saved me money. Order came next day early. Online support is also brilliant. Many Thanks for support in setting up biorb marine tank. Highly reccomend this company.
