I was very happy with the level of security and process. Marc was particularly helpful and polite when finalizing the agreement.

Used to be the quickest and easiest service of Canadian payday lenders that provide online loans. However a year and a half ago or so, something changed. Now, far from same day service in hours, they routinely take DAYS. Apply at 9am on a Friday, you won’t get any response until 10am Saturday. And then if they request additional info to be uploaded, even if you do it 2 minutes after the request, it will be a full 24 hours before it’s looked at again. And if they want something else then? Yep, you’re going to be waiting another full day. If you’re looking for an online loan TODAY, or by the next day at the latest, literally go with ANY other online loan provider, because despite all the claims of same day service, or loans in hours, you’re going to be very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service here. And if you have any questions, good luck, 9 times out of 10 you won’t get an answer to your emails, and if you do it’s a cut and paste response from a script that either won’t address your question, or amusingly will have completely contradictory statements.

I was approved and sent my contract. Nothing happened after that. I left 4 voicemail and emailed them countless times. Their customer service line doesnt exist. I called their one store to try and talk to someone and they said they would email their online team. Been days and still nothing.

Update...

They called saying they sent me an internal message you must log in on their website to see, with no notifcation this was sent. What they asked for I sent them emails of this document 3x prior before they asked for it. They have their email posted all over their website bit never check it. Then they said since I didnt reply within 24 hours (which took them 4 days to reply to me) my application was too old and now need to do a new one.

When I went to do the new application the IBV is down and they havent replied.

They seem to find ways to ignore you and prolong the application. Would not recommend this company. I still havent had a single reply to my emails over 4 days, just one phone call and when you call back if says number doesn't exist.
