item was purchased and was broken took it back to the store i bought it from. I had lost the receipt but had proof of proof of purchase(paid by card) but lost the receipt which on there web page is all i needed. the guy in the shop was rude and refused point blank to refund this item item was bought on the 15/07/2026 and i tried to return it 7day later would not buy from them again.

I recently bought a camera lens from Cash Converters Widnes.
Unfortunately, it turned out to have a fault, so I had to return it. I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. There was no argument or hassle at all—they accepted the return immediately, processed my refund quickly, and also reimbursed my return postage without any issues.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. It's reassuring to know they stand behind what they sell, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Bought on line a few times. Always very good prices, descriptions are accurate and items are well packaged.

I purchased a Google Pixel 10 pro in open box mint condition could of passed as brand new

Rapid two day delivery which was extremely sercue

And it arrived with a Blackbelt smartphones defence print out giving all the information about phone details GSMA check etc

I purchased a mobile phone from Cash Converters in Colchester, Essex. The first one I purchased would not accept my sim, it turned out that the phone was a contract phone which had been sold to them perfectly fine, however while it was sitting on the shelf waiting to be sold it was blocked by the network provider unbeknown to Cash Converters. I therefore took the phone back and they went above and beyond to sort the issue out, I got the phone I wanted and am incredibly pleased with it.

Diana at Hounslow provided absolutely outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new phone, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She also took the time to transfer all of my data to my new device, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. Diana was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Used Pro Multi-Saw 440W (Clm500ms) Reciprocating Saw In Box With Tools (7 Blades ) From,Warrington, North West,

I bough the above item used in box with tools hence why i bought it because it came with blades and they can be seen on there website, But when it arrived tonight it was just the bear unit with no box or tools, wear are the tools and the box and how did somebody not see the missing tools and box on the photo when they were packing it,
I though it was odd and the wrong shape when it arrived has it was the wrong shape for a box ?

When you read this tomorrow at Warrington please short out the pick up for return for my full refund, am i within my 14 days return policy and the e mail to the shop,
i have just now e mailed the shop and attached 3 photos of the missing box and tools,

Honestly the watch I purchased if you look on eBay there triple the price what I paid at Bletchley cash converters I wouldn’t hesitate to trust that store Gina advised me the watch quality as I purchased online and true to her word was exactly as Gina described A1 condition also the salesman I spoke to on the phone well done to both of you

Cash converters won’t swap battery or give partial refund , will only refund if everything returns , I’m stuck as want Drill so will take hit on Battery 🪫 just t think it’s poor show from a major company with hundreds of batteries listed in on line shop ?
