THEY CALLED A LOYAL CUSTOMER A SPAM AFTER I ASKED WHY THE INTEREST ON A $180 loan was $50 dollar just for a week.I HAVE BEEN A CONSISTENT CUSTOMER EVERY MONTH SINCE 2023. THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR. THEY DRAIN MY ACCOUNT BUT IT IS JUST BECAUSE OF DESPERATE SITUATION. THEY CALLED ME A SPAM FOR ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR UNLAWFUL INTERESTS ON SMALLER LOANS. ONE TIME THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST $90 for a 7-day loan of $150. THE MANAGER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL SHE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU ANY CUSTOMER. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! BORROW SMALL AMOUNTING OF MONEY FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND PAY THEM BACK INSTEAD OF GIVING IT TO UNGRATEFUL STRANGERS.

I believe it was 12/26/22 when I gave Cash 1 a 2 star rating. I have to retract that rating because there was a miss understanding. The GM contacted me the following day and was able to accommodate my needs. I am grateful for the quick response to my need and the result.

First thing I want to say as I start…
First thing I want to say as I start this review is I've dealt with this company for many years and have been very satisfied as they've been professional very quick, always there when you need a little
help... this past weekend I reapplied as I normally do took quite a while to get a response so I did email they responded with loan documents sent and email transfer sent out I respond that I did not receive anything. A few emails later they say you changed your email address I responded and said absolutely did not change my email address since then it's been a chain of arguments back and forth they claim I changed it even when I told them I didn't they told me I accepted the email transfer which I did not, clearly it's a case of fraud all that I'm getting is you accepted the email, this is resulting in me closing a bank account losing time from work having to create fraud report and alert credit bureau. Very disappointing, really do not need this especially right before Christmas

It is great to know there is a loan company that will loan you a small amount of money for that unexpected emergency we all encounter at times. The application was easy, got attention immediately and I had my money A Fantastic Company To Deal With!
