They have many technical issues that some costumes can’t wait for you to fix it, I’ve emailed them when I had problem and they were supportive, but they are not as they use to be, bad experience and I’ll never recharge it.

And it suspended the majd Joy Card so that they do not finish withdrawing their balance in the wallet
The Majd Joy Plus card was issued without the ability to be charged from the wallet
