Buyers beware that this feature moulding is only cast to one side and the back is flat. The advertising doesn't make this clear and assumes the customer will know it is a sand casting and like this. It was apparent to me only upon receipt and I felt disappointed having made quite a search to find a noon flat casting.
The company were initially helpful with my questions on the product, but unwilling to acknowledge their shortcomings in the way this is advertised.
The moulding has low definition but from 2 to 3m it looks ok.
It came well packaged and on time, just a shame it wasn't what I thought I was buying

We want to clarify that the casting process used for our products is a traditional sand casting method, which has been employed for over a century and has never changed. This is how castings are made, and it is simply not possible to cast on both sides as you suggested within this process. To attempt such a method would require creating two separate castings and welding them together, which would not only increase the thickness of the piece but also triple the production costs, resulting in a significantly higher price. This is why we use the traditional casting approach. On the product you have purchased we have a clothes airer photo in shot where you can see both sides on the airer ends if you were unsure, where you can see the back is flat, as this is what casting is.

There, you’ll find a video (https://youtu.be/OqfoORmGU0w) and a step-by-step photo guide that explains how the traditional sand casting process works. We encourage you to review this section if you are unclear on how this time-honoured technique has been carried out for over 100 years. As this information is explained in full, we feel it does require its own separate section, so we can clearly show customers how items like yours are cast.

Just the product I needed and could not find elsewhere; the support service fully lived up to its name (unlike many others!) and assisted in finding a delivery service that worked for our (remote) area and at a fair cost, many others never try/care; new attractive door handles with a keyhole cover to keep out the cold northerly winds fitted the same day: delighted!

Heavy doorstop
Bought this knight doorstop for my daughter who lives in Shetland. Arrived quickly and well packaged. It was in excellent condition and she is thrilled with it and is perfect for her backdoor as they get plenty of gales.

Usage and cost
I recommend your winch to a neighbour but he thought the price was to much. I've looked at your product over the past year the price was putting me off but in the end because my wife was having difficulty pulling the maiden up i bought one. It's a good product and reasonably easy to fit and work.

I previously bought an airer. 5 yrs later when I wanted to move it they quickly sent out replacement bolts. Just ordered a new cabin lock. Pleased to know it will be quality and not some cheap rubbish sold on Amazon.

Very difficult to fit
I needed the fleur-de-Lys letter plate to match a previous version. But, fitting it is far from easy. Absolutely no thought has been given in the design to ease of fitting. Certainly there are no obvious instructions to help with fitting and there is only a leeway of 5mm, at most 6mm. ‘Style’ it might have, but practicality zero.
