We bought a vincent dining table with a bench and couple of chairs. Although the table was 180cm and bench 150cm long, bench could not tuck in. We ended up replacing the bench with another set of chairs. The team took a restocking fee which was expected. Unfortunately the website did not explicitly mention that the bench would tuck and even though we did our best to get a smaller bench , the only way to learn it only after assembly so disappointed by that. But evetually the chairs were replaced at the dining set price. For that I am very thankful to their customer care specialist Wahidah who was friendly supportive and im sure had to overcome a few obstacles to do the right thing for the customer.
Quality of the table and chairs is impeccable.

Ain the Customer Experience Specialist who helped me was friendly and thorough in addressing my concerns. It was actually me who made an error in measurement when I ordered, but she took care of the problem without giving me a difficult time. She arranged to halt the shipment of the incorrect item, and reordered the new one -- Making sure she kept me in the loop the whole time. She then arranged for the refund due me, and followed up by sending me the credit memo and accounting information. A really lovely person and refreshing service experience!! Stephanie

Thurga listened to my concern, showed great care for what I was saying, and helped me immediately. I was pretty sad and disappointed a chair fell apart in the first month of light usage. Everyone in my house is under 150lbs. Thurga did a great job keeping me updated throughout the replacement process, and I was also emailed every step of where Castlery was in helping replace my broken chair. I recently purchased the Sloane Sideboard from Castlery and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The piece looks beautiful in my space and feels like great quality for the price.
There was a small scuff on one of the doors when it arrived, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, the customer service more than made up for it. I spoke with a representative named Ain, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She quickly arranged to send me a wood marker to easily cover the scuff, which I really appreciated.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company handles them that matters—and Castlery handled it well. Great product and excellent customer service!

My couch order arrived stained and damaged from the delivery, but customer service was able to help very quickly and help to fix the issue,especially Qistina. Would order from Castlery again but I do think they should package their orders better because the item barely fit in the box to start with

Extremely welcoming and cosy showroom with very patient sales assistants from diverse backgrounds roaming around ready to help. Some associates appeared to be less knowledgeable about the products but they made attempts to get answers quickly.
The delivery booking system is done though an online calendar, the service team's response is super prompt and they went the extra mile to help me with a request. Thank you!

I was initially concerned with purchasing such an expensive sofa because of the customer service reviews. I was really hoping I would buy the couch and never have to reach out with an issue. I ran into a small issue after several months of owning the couch and crossed my fingers I wouldn’t be a customer having to write a poor reviews. I was so happy and surprised when I presented the issue (the velcro getting stuck to the fabric cushion covers and causing the fabric to become damaged) and Danniel was immediately incredibly helpful! They responded quickly and took the time to thoroughly and thoughtfully address the issue I had. I am really grateful for their support & am excited to have a new cushion cover on its way soon! I also LOVE my couch and get so many compliments on it.

⭐⭐ — Still Awaiting Proper Resolution: Delivery Failure, Defective Part, weeks-long ordeal (will update if / when fully addressed by Castlery)
I ordered a $1,700 bed and paid for White Glove assembly to ensure a smooth transition during a cross-country move. The delivery was delayed from the originally scheduled date, which I worked around. However, when the assembly team arrived, they discovered a critical structural component was missing from Castlery. They had to leave the bed half-finished, rendering our primary bedroom unusable and leaving us without a place to sleep. We all expected the correct part would be rush delivered, but it has been over a week and we're still going back-and-forth with the company to fix this.
The recovery process has been the most frustrating and disappointing part of our experience with Castlery. I have spent a week in email exchanges just trying to get what I already paid for as a customer. Castlery initially tried to frame fulfilling my original order (bed + assembly) as some sort of "compensation" for their error, and then later offered a $100 voucher to their site—a self-serving gesture that feels disrespectful.
For a brand that prides itself on DTC service and solid products, the lack of a proactive resolution and attempt at goodwill is surprising. I can see on BBB that they've had such issues before with defective parts, and I'm frustrated they haven't been more on the front foot in making this right with me. This has so far been my worst experience with a furniture company, online or brick-and-mortar.
I hope to be able too recommend Castlery in the future, but until they make this right, I unfortunately cannot.

From start to finish purchasing was extremely easy. Very clear and precise with no hidden fees. Between purchase and delivery was less than a week. Delivery was precise and very kind. Made sure we looked at pieces and give the ok before they left. Everything came already assembled and packaging was easy and packed very well. Extra bonus not having to deal with any styrofoam! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. Furniture is exactly as you would hope. Very well made and crafted.
