I had not heard of Castlery before so…
I had not heard of Castlery before so had some hesitation in ordering something that would be hard to return ( a full size bed frame).
I decided to chance it because I just loved their selection and found exactly what I wanted at the right price.
It arrived much earlier than expected and I was able to do 90% of it myself. I am a 74yo retired nurse. The only thing that required 2 people was just moving the entire frame to the place I wanted it. The bed is beautiful and all pieces fit together perfectly.
The only drawback I found was that the directions weren’t clear enough for me. I like the piece’s themselves numbered or lettered so I don’t have to keep referring back to the beginning diagrams. It’s a minor problem but I think worth mentioning.
Anyway I enjoyed the whole experience and will be buying from you again.

The Tan France collection is everything and so much more
I was browsing the Tan France collection and it was a great experience. The website was easy to navigate and looking at all the other great stuff that Castlery has to offer. I’ll be back to due more shopping.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchases.
Navigating the site was easy. Great descriptions, accurate information. Delivery was easy to set up. Packaging was secure and well done. The only complaint would be when they packed the legs to the table they put the box inside the shelves and it did rub a little of the finish off. I contacted Castlery and the made every effort to satisfy me and we got that handled. I would recommend a purchase from them and I’ll be purchasing more items in the future.

The company that delivered the furniture came when they said they would and communicated with me throughout. On the day of delivery I received a message stating the time window they would be there and a text message when they were 10 minutes away. The drivers placed the furniture inside and were polite, friendly and respectful.

The shipping was quick and easy. I live in a rural area and when I first ordered from castlery they were charging a lot for shipping. But I'm happy they used FedEx and the price for shipping was significantly less!
