I ordered a bed frame from Castlery, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. During assembly, none of the parts were labeled as the instructions indicated. After completing 13 steps, I realized they had sent me the wrong piece, making it impossible to finish putting the bed together.
I contacted customer service and provided photos, only to be told they needed to “check internally” and would get back to me. Days went by with no response. When I followed up, they offered to send a technician just to confirm the piece is wrong—but not to fix the issue. Even if confirmed, the technician won’t bring a replacement part; they’ll simply report back so Castlery can “investigate” further.
This level of inefficiency and lack of urgency is unacceptable. Communication has been poor, and the resolution process is unnecessarily drawn out. My mattress has been sitting on the floor for over a week with no clear timeline for a fix. Extremely disappointing customer service.
