Great from start to finish
From start to finish just a great experience having Castrads radiators fitted in our house, now twice. What made all the difference was asking Stamford Radiators to do the install (again now twice). Matt & Tom from Stamford Rads were meticulous and reassuring throughout. Made what could easily have been a super stressful experience into a smooth and easy few days. Highly recommended.

Delivery costs
Communication and resolution of queries was quick. However, unless delivery is directly to your front door and without assistance, you will be expected to pay additional charges depending, which are £100s on top of the significant cost of purchasing the radiators. For this reason, I have given 4 stars.

Castrads followed up stating holiday shipping cause some delays. They promised my catalog would be there the next day, and it was. They followed up again to see if they could answer any question or help in anyway. All indications point to a customer centered and responsive company.

John went above and beyond when I reached out for help after 8 radiators failed at the same time! He worked hard to find a mix of radiators in the NY area that would work in one of my rental units in NH. I could not be more pleased with the service, knowledge and the time John spent on solving this problem, consulting with me, asking questions throughout. Amazing customer service!
