Helpful, dispatched on time, followed directions as arranged, bespoke colour appears a little paler but not situated right by other object in the colour so should be fine,

Shipping was quick, escutcheons fit perfectly around radiator pipes and look great with the radiators we had restored earlier this year. Perfect finishing touch and magnets make them easy to move around.

Their catalog got here really quick. The catalog is beautiful and is very clear on the merchandise. The radiators are exquisite.

Castrads is the best. Finding a source for high-end radiators is not easy and not only does Castrads do a great job on the product side but more importantly, their communication is top notch. It's real people here to help - not just a website with AI bots. They're super responsive to phone and e-mail and that goes a long way in todays day in age.

My contact, John was extremely helpful from my first inquiry, through deciding on size and the measurement process for the Curved Florence radiator. I had a lot of questions and he was always available and very helpful. He made the process a lot easier.

Joanne was really helpful in finding the right radiators to fit our kitchen. She explained the whole process and I took away a couple of samples to check a suitable finish with the kitchen fittings. The ordering and delivery were both smooth with great communication- the radiators were manufactured ahead of expected time and delivered promptly. All round a great experience 🫶🏻

Excellent products and customer service

Very detailed website with tech drawings etc. Could do with more photos of the different finishes. Samples very helpful. Quality of the product when it arrived was excellent. It was incredibly well packaged, with installation tools etc with very thoughtful installation instructions videos etc.

Placed an order for 13k of new radiators. First issue was the call to walk through the order never happened and no explanation, order was not correct, I admit I should have checked the final specification but I was clear that the order was correct save for one amend but that amend was not made. Delivery was delayed so I lost slot with plumber, rads delivered in an inappropriate condition. The same thing happened with a swap of an incorrect radiator, delivery significantly delayed and arrived unboxed. Collection of faulty radiator was even more stressful. As a result of delivery some rads were damaged and I was sent some paint .

Great customer service. High quality products. I just wish there were as many options for older hydronic systems as are offered for 1/2” piping. Otherwise recommended!
