Information on delivery date is not provided at time of purchase which was frustrating when trying to arrange a suitable date for fitting. They just message to say DPD will arrange… Which they did but 2 days of not knowing when to schedule trades during a renovation is just annoying for something so simple to do at purchase. They also didn’t send me an invoice, When I emailed to request they responded to say we sent it already check spam (I specified in my first email I’d already checked spam etc) again just annoying. They did resolve and issue after my second email, just shouldn’t have been required. Overall, Product was adequate for my needs but the purchase process was subpar.

In a nutshell, we received radiators with legs rather than hanging as we had ordered. The team was really quick to resolve their mistake and didn't charge us a penny. The radiators are made with care. They're beautiful and fantastic quality. Highly recommended!!

Nathan at Castrads was an absolute gem, he was knowledgeable, helpful and super professional. At an on site visit he took the time to talk us through our many options, helping us work out what was best for the space, and never put us under pressure - a level of customer service that is rare indeed these days.
The first of 3 radiators is now installed and we are delighted with it - it looks stunning! So glad we pushed the boat out and went with a product, and company, that spoke to us: as my grandma used to say, "You never regret an extravagance". Thanks Nathan!

Castrads customer service team went above and beyond to help us out when our wall stays were cut too short, the team were very kind and responded really quickly. The delivery driver was fab too, he helped me carry the radiator in so it didn’t block out alleyway.

The quality of the brush is amazing and it works so well removing all the built up dust from years of not being able to clean my radiator's properly. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you sharing such a wonderful product for those of us living in older homes with radiators!!!
