Kristie was Bang on the course all the way given real life examples. The information was a lot for the 2 days..I go away with a munch better knowledge of how to do a CPR.

I would certainly recommend catapult services .
The training is delivered in a manner that immediately makes you feel relaxed and more open to learning.
The visual aids ,power point presentations and hands on practical exercises give such variety to learning that in turn makes it fun.
We are never put on the spot and are encouraged to help each other out working together.
Feel very confident as a first aider having attended course

Excellent coarse delivered in a great…
Excellent coarse delivered in a great way not just throwing facts at us by adding personal stories that makes it easier to visualise a real first aid situation. Only slight complaint not about the coarse but the ramp was very steep coming into the room & I had to help my colleagues walk down & I have a problem with my coccyx & found the chairs very hard especially in day two when sitting for a long period of time!

I would recommend this course to future employees. I have been on first aid courses before and this one was by far the best. I felt like all aspects were covered effectively and learnt alot through written and practical ways.

Highly recommended
This has been by far the best first aid course that I have been on. Very friendly instructors who made the 12 hr paediatric course interesting and fun. I would definitely recommend.

It is so important to know what to do in situations where it’s on u to react.
This training was so helpful and good demonstrated. Even with no fluent English it’s easy to follow and understand. So perfect for Aupairs, too.
