Molly was fantastic and set up a teams call right away when we were having some IT issues, she was friendly, helpful and very personable.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I am not one for writing reviews but i was recently let down very badly by Blazernator caterers in Nottingham.
They cancelled my catering VIA EMAIL on the morning of my event. They never returned ANY of my calls and at the time of writing HAVE NOT REFUNDED the money they owe me. I wouldn't use them if you want to be sure someone will turn up on the day
Terrible site that constantly lies…
Terrible site that constantly lies about the age of jobs but they got so much flack about it that they have now adopted a new tactic of putting "recent" in 3 week old postings so they look more current than they really are. Old jobs monopolised by the same company for pages and pages. Bad search returns, forced sign up with automatically subscribing you to nonsense job alerts in other professions and shady CV checking companies. Every time I have had an account with this site I have received unsolicited phone calls from spammy fake companies and random people managing to get hold of my personal details asking me if I was to work 100s miles away. Don't waste your time with this misleading lying job group that runs Monster jobs, Total jobs and caterer. They were employed to create the Jobcentre website and failed with the most terrible joke of a site that was mocked nationwide for ruining unemployed peoples lives and being unusable
Really quite shocking
Really quite shocking! Placed two ads with them which were both very expensive, we didn't receive any decent candidates and the customer service team really didn't care.
Avoid at all costs, much better alternatives out there.
Over-priced, poor customer service, bad at dealing with issues.
My advice - do not use the caterer or Total Jobs. And do not listen to the sales guys when they cold call you. I was oversold to and the campaign under-delivered. The staff who applied were on the whole not catering related, unskilled in our industry and few and far between. I had advised the number of hires I needed to make in the first calls and I was told that going with the caterer was by far the best way to do this. We complained several times about the poor performance but we were locked into a contract! No flexibility on how we used the £420 we paid and all had to be used within a short time frame. The only solution they could offer was to move the job advert area to London which is daft since we're based near Brighton. When I came to dispute the invoice at the end, I wasn't given a chance to reply. I advised credit control that I was on paternity (my son had been born a couple of days before) and could they please hang on for me to gather the information. In the meantime could they please send the recordings of the original calls. The reply came straight in - we are now transferring this to the debt collection. This is crap - use a different service.
The caterer and monster and totaljobs …
The caterer and monster and totaljobs are the same company and the same annoying patterns happen between them all where they lie about job dates on a daily basis to make things seem fresher and new when in reality they are happily lying to applicants.
The same company were employed by the UK Government to create the mocked universal job match site which apparently was a huge rip off to the government and was a disaster as a working site useless to millions of desperate job seekers who were forced to use it
On Caterer.com old jobs are reposted with TODAY as its posting date when its already been stagnating there for 5 weeks is not being true or fair to job seekers and is a complete lie
This breaks the law and they do it everyday happily lying to people.
I wouldn't trust a company like this and have noticed when I have been signed up to it my CV details seem to get passed around and sold on without my consent and I have had spam emails and spam phone calls following applying for jobs on this site. Untrustworthy to the core
OK but no one ever replies to you
I have applied for in excess of 100 jobs and i have received not 1 acknowledgement, i know that this is out of caterer.com hands but when ur looking for work and you hear nothing it makes you wonder if they are actually sending the details to the recruiters
