Following your response
Following your response, I feel it’s important to clarify a few points.
I was contacted again by Tom, a Senior Resource Manager, regarding this issue. During that call, he spoke as though he was only just becoming aware of the situation through this review. That is not accurate, as I had already spoken to him directly about this matter beforehand. This raises serious concerns about your internal communication and how issues are actually handled.
Regarding payment, while you are attributing delays to “external system-related issues,” the reality is that I was left without pay at the time I needed it. Regardless of the cause, the impact was the same — I was unable to afford fuel to attend work. For a company placing workers into roles, ensuring they are paid correctly and on time should be a priority, not something passed off as a technicality.
The way this was handled overall — from communication to accountability — has been poor. Repeating issues, being met with inconsistent responses, and having responsibility shifted elsewhere only reinforces my original point: professionalism and reliability are lacking.
I stand by my original review and would still advise others to be cautious.
