A very pleasant conversation with the customer support

A very pleasant, patient and informative conversation with the customer support for buying a new ESIM, which I eventually purchased. The ESIM activation was quickly and easy and I've been able to use the service worry-free.

The router is sent by packaged post, and the SIMcard is sent separately in letter post 📦

Hi Trustpilot,

Yesterday I ordered a new phone for my father and typed his phone number into cbb and clicked on a 3 month credit and in the end my account was leeched with an overpayment of 149kr and he has an overpayment of 119kr per month. I wrote to them I think CBB/Telenor in both Copenhagen and Aalborg and they told me that they could not correct the mistake that was made on their website.

Bad services

Bad services, bad prices and bad staff…
This is my conclusion after being their customer for over 7 years…
If details are needed: everything started with a call from them offering me “better” abonament… after the call I ended up with worse abonament…
Also they stated that their 5g routers would get speed around 300mbps…
Best I’ve seen within a week was 70mbps download and 1mbps upload… 🥹 not even close to their statements…

Then in order to cancel the abonaments… oh that was fun… I needed to call them like 3-4 times in order to get everything in order…

I moved to another provider and now I am much happier with what I get for what I pay…

The expected cell service and mbit possible will always be a theoretical measure due to various variables affecting the signal from the cell tower to the unit.

With that said, we are always willing to find and test measures to improve the mbit you receive, in order to get the best possible experience with our products at your address.
In order to do that, we need to talk to you, and I hope you have and all measures have been tested.

But we absolutely can agree on having the best possible experience at your address according to the cell towers in your areas, and if you get that with another provider, I can only wish you the best with them 💛

I suggest 2 things to improve your…

I suggest 2 things to improve your sales service for people that are trying to become your customer for the 1st time, as me:

1) be explicit if the mobile subscription offers include or not the EU / international package. You mention different terms in different sections of your website and we end up by not being sure of what we are buying (by the way, I hope I bought what I do wanted to buy);

2) You don't accept non-Danish numbers at the moment of purchasing a Danish number with you! It does make much sense to me. If I want a Danish number for the 1st time, how come can I provide a Danish number? You don't accept international numbers when someone is making a purchase.

Apart from that, the rest of the purchase was easy to be done. I hope anyway that your client service center give me a call so I can be reassured I bought what I wanted to buy. I left my phone on your chat service.

the most terrible service that…

the most terrible service that constantly tries to pull money from you for services not provided, charging fines, justifying this with instructions on the site, which does not say anything specific. I do not advise contacting them if you do not want to find yourself in a sudden fine.

I just transferred my service to CBB a few days ago and I've been attacked with telemarketing calls, texts as if my uncle lives in India and he's just trying to check-in and ask for some blockchain money.

I've NEVER had this problem on my other network and I've had my phone number for over 10 years. WOW so did you sell my personal-information or do you just not have a secure enough infrastructure??

However! I can guarantee, that nobody is selling any informations here, and we have a very safe security in our systems. These spam calls are not due to us. Scammers try everything, and the try everywhere. Sadly, nobody is safe from this happening, since they call all kind of digits - without having any of your personal informations, but that's what they are trying to get.
