hello You wrote on your site that your internet will be activated one day after purchase, but today we only received the wireless router, and we still have to wait for the SIM card.

Great pricing
The process was straightforward and all worked well, pricing is great compared to the rest.
One thing that I noticed is for someone new moving to Denmark, i had to put in a Danish phone number in order to go through the process, so I had to use someone else's number as I didn't have one, this process could be tweaked slightly to accommodate people who have just moved over here.

Bad experience
My 30 gb eu data didn’t work today while I was in malmö Sweden. I called CBB mobil representative he also couldn’t solve the problem. Bad experience

worst company for sim cards.
i bought a esim card and it gave me a qr code but it was only a website that doesnt even exist! i dont trust cbb, im going back to labara

A truly peerless Help Desk
Although they were dealing with a somewhat confused elderly customer in an attempt to resolve a WIFI access problem that was beyond their control, the CBB help desk displayed great tact, persistence and patience in trying to resolve the problem. Furthermore, they reacted with genuine pleasure when – after several fruitless conversations with me – I informed them that I had managed reconnect with WIFI myself.
