I am completely shocked and disappointed with CBHS. They are imposing unlawful conditions to cancel my health insurance policy, specifically demanding that I provide my personal outbound flight ticket to prove I moved abroad before they will process the cancellation.

I have been waiting for over two weeks for confirmation, despite clearly requesting termination of my policy. This level of delay and insistence on sharing personal travel documents is unacceptable and feels misleading.

I do not consent to sharing my flight ticket — cancellation is my right. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in CBHS.

Worst App and onine claim experience. Simy can't do. App doesn't work and online claim process using phone via website sends you in a loop. Hopeless.

Been trying to terminate my policy. Had notified them in advance and provided all the documents they requested. They even confirmed in a return email that the policy would be cancelled. However, direct debit charges still go through my bank account even after the agreed date. Regretted every minute I signed up for them.
