Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.
I bought an air frier, they cancel the order and gave me a cupon for the money. I asked for the money instead and now I have to wait 15 days.

WAY TOO late shipping

I had pre-ordered a product (video game). I had specifically selected "express shipping" (paid more) so it would arrive on time (October 10-13). After my purchase, I was in contact with cdiscount because I wanted to ensure they would ship my product early so it would arrive at the specified time, and their response promised that it would. Unfortunately, NO (it didn't arrive until October 15). My vacation is over, no time to enjoy what I actually work for.

Our laundry machine broke months back…

Our laundry machine broke months back and still have warranty but they wont come fix it. We have called and emailed many times but nothing.

So after this review CD discount responded below the comment asking for further detailes. I dont know if this comment is public. Anyway, we gave more information but they never got back to us. So we had to give up our washing machine as we couldnt take the risk that we bring it to our new home just to continue this process for months more. The machine broke in February, its now November and we have been in contact with CD discount MULTIPLE times. They drag the call and eventually say we have to be in contact to some other place and the number never works. I think they do this just to make it harder so customer eventually gives up, like we did.

We bought a dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine and the dishwasher didnt work at first. It took them 2 months to have someone come fix it. 2 MONTHS for a new purchase. Mindblowing!!

Deliver FAULTY appliance, REFUSE to fix, send me to BILL COLLECTOR

I ordered a dryer from them. Their delivery service delivered it, connected it and turned it on, BUT DIDNT TAKE OUT THE PACKAGING MATERIAL, and left me with a damaged dryer. I contacted them several times and they either ignored me or told me it was MY fault! As of today I have a broken dryer, and have contacted my card company to dispute.

13 october. I have responded to their request for my information, but do not speak french, so i hope this can be resolved soon

14 october. Thank you for submitting to customer service. I have already sent them two emails, and submitted a complaint through my customer area.

So far i have been ignored with no response. I hope that your message will make them respond to this complaint and correct the problem that was not my fault.

UPDATE 20 OCTOBER….. ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE….. BROKEN DRYER, NEVER USED, STILL AT MY HOUSE….. IAM BEING TOTALLY IGNORED BY THIS COMPANY AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS….. BEWARE!

EMAIL FROM BILL COLLECTOR!
INCREDIBLE
They never responded to my numerous complains, nor did they communicate with me in ANY WAY about this matter! This borderlines on criminal deception!

They delivered a broken dryer in OCTOBER, refused to remedy or even respond to my complaints, and now
They send my account to a law firm. There are threats of a large fine.

Perhaps this is discrimination, as I am here on a visa?

I will be seeking assistance from EU authorities in this matter shortly.
