Terrible experience overall
However cheap the prices might be, I can only advise AGAINST ordering anything there. My order from August 1st took about a month to arrive (from France to neighboring country Germany), only to not include the game I ordered but instead an empty blu-ray case. Despite telling them numerous times, that I DID receive the package, but that it just didn't come with the game I ordered, the customer service is now harassing me to sign an affidavit that contradicts that statement (by saying I didn't receive the package in the first place- which is a lie). I asked multiple times to receive answers or at least a template for the affidavit in English, because I'm not comfortable signing anything in a language I don't understand- to no avail. There have been numerous exchanges by now and it's just going in circles with customer service confirming they understand the situation, but still giving me the same affidavit to sign. Terrible, terrible experience. The cheap prices are not worth the headaches dealing with this company.

Karcher items worth over 400 euros, NO DELIVERY
Karcher pressure washer, T racer 7 and Karcher brush. 2 parcels. PAID NOT DELIVERED.
Not even an attempt of delivery, I was literally staring at my gates all day on this supposed delivery date as I received 2 SMS's from Chronopost both stating different hours (?!)
Yet, by the evening, the brush ( the smaller parcel of the 2) was marked " delivered" on Cdiscount website,
AND the pressure washer+T racer (the larger more expensive parcel) was also marked "delivered" few days later, note, AFTER I CALLED and REPORTED that there was never any delivery!
Past weeks, I have reported these goods as "not received" on
- Cdiscount website TWICE
- Cdiscount customer service by phone TWICE
- The delivery company (Chronopost) ONCE
AND I have been nothing but interrogated by these people.
Indeed, I was even asked to SPELL the name Karcher, not once but twice, during my phone call to Chronopost despite giving all the tracking references one could give, to 2 different people!
AND now after weeks, I have finally received an email from Cdiscount asking ME to send them documents , the proof of MY identity and "attestation l'honneur" ?!
What is this??
Where is my signature accepting these parcel Cdiscount??
Nowhere, because no delivery was ever done.
I want my money ASAP
Note, This is the first ever review anywhere from me after any purchase. Never have I ever treated like this by any company in any country !

1/5 Stars: Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!
Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 game on June 2025. After a 10-day delay, the seller unilaterally cancelled my order and refunded me, blaming the carrier and telling me to reject the package. I never requested a cancellation!
The game finally arrived on 04.08.2025, and I accepted it, as I wanted the product I originally paid for. Now, the seller is demanding a higher price (€59.90 instead of the original €49.90), claiming he cannot refund the 10€ voucher! This is completely unacceptable and legally baseless.
This company's practices are highly questionable. They failed to deliver on time, tried to force a cancellation, and are now attempting to charge more for a product already paid for under a valid contract. Zero customer respect, zero professionalism. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
@Damien. No! You can't just cancel a contract how you like! It is a bilaterally binding contract with rights and obligations! And then force me to pay more within 7 days or my case is being passed on to a debt collection agency!

I don't know why I trusted this website.
I have ordered a nintendo switch2 in a bundle with a controller and a carrying bag.
I paid directly and then I have received firstly that a control is going to happen that will last a business day.
In the meantime they changed the status of the order to "items in the process of being cancelled" since last Friday.
So up to know all good as I understand that should have ran out of stock and consequently they cancelled my order.
The bad thing started when I contacted their customer support and they assured me that the order is cancelled and I should receive my money back.
Unfortunately this has not happened and they also not replying anymore.
A good scam website, please avoid it.

Faulty Product and No Way to Reach Support
I purchased a coffee grinder from CDiscount — my first and very likely my last order from the platform.
When the product arrived, I immediately noticed that the area near the charging port or battery compartment was slightly swollen. I wasn’t sure if it was a design flaw or a defective unit, but it looked off. After charging the device (both short and extended durations), the battery never showed more than two bars. After just 2–3 uses, it dies and must be recharged again. It has never once reached a full charge. This is clearly not a display issue but a serious battery failure.
This is frankly unacceptable. It’s shocking that a company would not only ship a clearly defective product, but also render itself unreachable right when a customer needs help. I’ve shopped on many platforms before — never have I encountered something so dysfunctional and unprofessional.
Deeply disappointed.

Delivery Scam, No Refund to PayPal
On 11.06.2025, I placed order #2506112005J5JX1, shipped via Mondial Relay to Germany. The expected delivery date in my account was 18-23.06.2025. The package stopped tracking on 14.06.2025 with the status: "We have detected a delay in the delivery of your parcel and are doing everything possible to ensure it arrives as soon as possible." I received no email or SMS notifications (as provided during checkout).
On 24.06.2025, I contacted support about the status and unexpectedly got a reply stating: "Mondial Relay confirmed you failed to pick up the parcel within the deadline." This is a complete lie, as tracking clearly shows the package was never registered in Germany (Hermes) and only updated in France.
But the worst surprise was this: "We will refund you via store credit." This is absurd - after such poor service, I have no intention of ordering again, especially since the item's price has increased. Refunds must always be issued via the original payment method. I will now escalate this to PayPal and/or my bank if cdiscount does not return money to PayPal.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I do not recommend this store.
UPD: Changed from 1 to 3 stars as I received money back to PayPal after escalation.

Deceived by Cdiscount: A Cautionary Tale of Misrepresented Goods and Consumer Vigilance
On March 30, 2025, I purchased a smartphone advertised as new on the Cdiscount platform. Two months after the purchase, the device stopped working. I contacted the reseller, Homedirect, through Cdiscount's messaging system to request a repair. The reseller refused, arguing that the phone had a shock mark on one corner.
I then turned to a specialized company to repair the phone. The technicians quickly noticed anomalies: fingerprints on the internal components, absence of a silicone seal, etc. It became clear that the product was refurbished, with components that did not match those of a new device straight from the factory. The defective battery was a compatible battery, easily identifiable as non-original, since genuine Google batteries bear the manufacturer's name prominently.
In conclusion, I was deceived by receiving a refurbished phone sold as new. I sought intervention from Cdiscount, but no action was taken. Moreover, they refused to publish my review regarding the phone and the reseller. By acting this way, Cdiscount covered up the dishonest practices of the reseller and concealed the truth to continue marketing non-compliant products.
I wish to share my experience to alert consumers about these deceptive practices and encourage them to be vigilant when making purchases on Cdiscount.

Absolutely useless company
Because you have not sent me an inquiry. I'll explained again. How can I return a item that I have not received. When I placed the order I was offered a discount of €13 if I applied for a floa card. I was accepted for this card. But the card never arrived. And the app says card reported as lost or stolen. But I have a a balance of €31 floa expext me to pay.And for that reason I think your company and floa are totally incompetent. Scam!!

I wish I could give zero stars because this has been the most frustrating purchase of my entire life. I ordered a laptop on Sunday 27th April, 2025. I paid full price and opted for express delivery because it was an emergency. It was supposed to arrive on the 29th of April, 2025. It is the 5th of May and I am yet to receive it. Customer service keeps saying I cancelled the order even though I never did and there is no email or information that says I did. I don’t have the laptop or my money and Cdiscount is not telling me why.
UPDATE: Would it be possible to get a timeline on when things can be reviewed and sorted out. I need either the refund or laptop. The customer service at Cdiscount are no longer willing to help because I posted this review and I have been handed over to Trustpilot. This is absolutely infuriating. I would like someone, anyone from Cdiscount to tell me what is going on and what can be done. I have been extremely patient enough.
UPDATE: Customer service is saying their cybersecurity system found something suspicious on my account so they cancelled the order and there is nothing they can do. There is no mentions of refunding me even after I have asked several times. The social media team just sent me an email saying my order was shipped. They didnt tell me where to and my order is still showing up as cancelled on the website. Which is the current situation? Can someone answer me please?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A13 (32GB) from your website. Now, in April 2025, the phone has stopped working without any physical damage or mishandling on my part.
I took it to a repair technician for a quick check, thinking it might need minor repairs. To my shock, I was told that the phone was not brand new but rather second-hand. Worse, the technician found that many parts were not original.
I am extremely disappointed by this deception. Does your website, which I trusted, actually sell refurbished products without disclosure?
