I ordered a 4K ultra HD movie that CDon after 2 months was unable to deliver. I got an excuse from CDon and a promise of getting back the money - but about 1 month later I have still not gotten any refund. Feels like a scam.

I've spent a lot of money on CDOn the last 10-15 years, but I'm considering never going back with such completely unacceptable service.

They have terrible service. I am still waiting for my package.
No tracking number was provided so I don’t have a way to see where is my order. I won’t buy again.

Scam company, they take your money and you get nothing!

They sell scam products that does not work.
They sell them via thrid party seller and dont accept returns or refund.

It is now 2 weeks since I ordered some items, and I have still not received them. Neither did I receive a tracking link. There is no phone number to contact them, so I sent them an email a week ago, an I have still not received any reply. This webshop has to be the most useless I have ever shopped at. Never ever again.

Worst marketplace in operation today.
False and misleading promises on delivery dates.
Goods never arrive on time, in fact three times over what they promise.

Purchased what looked to be a great deal on a Dell display, turns out it was falsely advertised and was a lesser model. Been trying to get a hold of customer support but it's been almost a month and nobody has answered the phones...

Its amazing, but CDON removed the your order tracking option !!!!
Now you can not follow your bought product status.
Which company do something like that ?
For sure I will prefer to buy in a place where I can make follow up about my product status.
To be worst , their client support is terrible, so if something went wrong with you product, you will be in a bad situation....

Don’t buy anything from here if you don’t have the patience for a company that gives absolutely no cute ducks about you or communication. I contacted them to 30 seconds after I ordered something to cancel it, after 4 days I got a reply the person said they cancelled one of them so I was like alright great. Then they sent me some documents about the products like you can send those but you can’t reply to customers if you are thinking of going AI you to save money you are imps. And the fact that people have to wait 4 days for a reply is cute ducks up the bridge. I done with you guys I will return the products or just won’t collect it tbh. Long story short I wrote them 3 times again within 4 days and it’s been a week no reply from them to confirm I actually cancelled anything.

I have ordered my item and received it in a short time, But on the other hand in order to switch the number/ size of the product I have been waiting for a reply from the customer service for exactly 2 weeks.

They removed the login button I don't know if it's by mistake or they have a really bad website. They didn't send my order and I contacted to the customer support multiple times. Customer support gives no helpful information. I asked about my order that I didn't receive. What they told me is that my order is in the pickup point and if it's not correct contact us again. There is no tracking number since I can't login to their page and what should I do with the information which has no particular pickup point.

Never again.

My delivery was set to September 2:nd. Today is September 12:th and still no phone. I never got a tracking number for my order so I have no idea of its current location. I get no answer to my mails and getting in touch with them on the phone is impossible. Called last Tuesday when they were supposed to be able to call but a voice instantly said they were closed. Been trying to call them today but get a voice saying "there are a lot of people calling so they can't take my call". Left a message with my order number and such (as they said I should do) and now I'm waiting to see if they'll call back. I'm already prepared that they won't...

I returned my product but I didn’t received my payment and they do not answer any email .

The worst service ever. No accurate updates on when the item will arrive. Late and no correct answers from customer service. Even the Chinese companies are better than Cdon. They should be better than Amazon as they are much smaller and should easily out compete the big companies.

I bought a phone got the wrong one and didn't notice until I opened it and now can't get a new phone, a refund or anything.

I purchased a trampoline through CDON from Springos, but the experience has been disappointing.

1) It took more than 30 days for all the parts to arrive, which is more than three times as long as the maximum delivery time advertised on the website.
2) Although home delivery was promised, the product never arrived at my home. Instead, it was delivered twice to a package collection center in my city and once to a collection center in a different city.
3) Throughout the process, Springos was unresponsive, often taking more than three days to reply to my inquiries.

We chose this product because it was supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days and directly to our home, but our experience was completely the opposite.

4) To add to the frustration, the quality of the trampoline is not worth the price.

I'm really disappointed!

Love it, super fast delivery was exactlly what I ve needed! :D Haven't expected that honestly, so it's a cool surprise to have my stuff before weekend.

The last 3 times i have ordered stuff it says they have but they dont have it in stock. Had to wait months and sometimes they dont even send out a notification that i can pick it up in stores. I know its Cdon , but the companies work for Cdon. It was so very good before, but the last years its just worse and worse. Last time i bought something.

I bought an electric bicycle and the seller was very attentive and had a good attitude when sending and receiving the product. the product exceeded my expectations

I think its just another cheap marketplace. Late deliveries. At the time of order it was 10-14 days, now when I am trying to contact them (no contact number only online form), it says, I can't start a claim before 24 days. That is just crap. Last order ever.
