Due to poor and misleading labelling the product was incorrectly applied and has resulted in several GP appointments and facial burns/ scarring.
The NZ contact number is disconnected and CeraVe refuses to engage in conversation.
I 100% do not recommend this product while there is a chance you will use it wrong due to poor directions/ product labelling.
Edit: CeraVe contacted me: Attempted to lie by saying product is not sold in NZ so can not help. Don’t trust this company!

I have asked severely for list of suppliers to buy cerave in wholesale . Their customer service is non responsive

This CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser is so amazing! It does exactly what it’s supposed to, at sloughing away all those dead skin cells and renewing my skin! Wonderful product, will be using again!

So disappointed to discover this creams and lotions are not cruelty free, won’t buy again ,have found a good ceramide lotion in boots that is PETA approved. Such an out of date practice which is obviously not necessary as I easily found ceramide lotions in a few minutes on internet that are cruelty free. My big bottle I just purchased is straight in the bin .

I don't usually write reviews but for this one, I must. It is one if the best Blemish Control Cleanser I have recently used. Moved from a different country and was looking for a product that understands my skin and would help me in clearing out the blemishes. I started using this 5 months back and I am amazed at the results. It is indeed the best one. Thanks to my colleague who recommended this. Super product.

I only review when something astounds me or really annoys me. CeraVe astounds me. Here's my story...a year or so ago, my partner for 24 years started changing, you ladies will know, disappointing instances that were not your fault, if you know what I mean, visits getting fewer and fewer, then, suddenly 7 months ago he left me. After a while, I took a good look at myself, sun damaged crepey skin, galloping to my 78th birthday. Nothing I used helped, any results were very temporary. So my last resort, I bought CeraVe moisturiser. Blimey, it works, I'm not looking like a 20 year old, but my damaged skin is smooth, moisturised, and yes, looking nice again. My ex will never see it, but somebody who will appreciate it will, hopefully soon. I can't thank CeraVe enough. I use it at least twice a day, all over and I can't praise it highly enough. Now I look in the mirror and think......he should have waited!

This cleanser has made my skin feel soothing and nice with its hydration boost in my skin and I have used it for many years and it has never been a disappointment to me

And more confidence ✅. Been struggling with acne for year, and started using Cerave 3 months ago after a friend recommended it. And I don’t know how to thank her❤️ I have never been smooth for years😭😭😭😭

The facewash I use is very good and doesn't make my skin dry, and keeps my blemishes away. The 4 star is although the product is good their customer service is very slow at replying. An issue that could have been fixed in one email has taken over a month, due to them taking weeks to reply to each email

My doctor suggested this for my sensitive skin. It says there is no lanolin in it’s products, but I had an allergic reaction, as I would with lotions containing lanolin.

good cleanser for good price that makes your face look better

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I developed an autoimmune disease in my 50s which caused my skin to break out in bumps and sores on my face. CeraVe facial wash was recommended as my daily cleanser. I used it for over a year not realizing it was the cleanser making my face even worse! My face felt slimy and greasy and I had bumps all over. My face looked "ruddy" with enlarged pores and overall just a mess. One day the store was out of my cleanser so I tried another brand. My face immediately cleared up! It's smooth, my pores have decreased in size. My daughter who is an estetician told me a while ago NOT to use CeraVe and that customers come to her with extremely clogged pores in which she extracts "goo" I will never use this again. I wish I would have listened to her sooner!

I bought the Cera Ve SA Smoothing cleanser and it’s literally burnt my whole face, had to hold ice cubes on my face because the burning was that bad for at least 30 minutes. It even says on the bottle suitable for sensitive skin, it’s absolutely disgusting

I thought that all these moisturizers and other stuff was for the girls. But then my girlfriend hinted me that my skin looks so old, there are wrinkles and acne.
I decided to change the way I take care of the skin and she advised to buy CeraVe moisturizing foam cleanser as a kind of first step into normal skincare lifestyle, so to speak.
A month has already passed and I really noticed how my skin started to shine, wrinkles weren't smoothen out, but they became less noticeable. As for the acne, then I use another product, so everything is good so far.

The uk version of the retinol resurfacing serum has no retinol in the ingrdients list.

Says it helps with acne? Full of lies nothing but would just produce some more acne for you. This cream only acts as a barrier not as a moisturizer

Going to give it more time to work

Overpriced, heavy, tag says for dry skin condition, soap free with oil but actually my supermarket shower gel dries less my skin

Soo i got a cera ve product BLEMISH CONTROL GEL in farmacy and well if didn't work a was not going to write this negative review but that maked my face like i never seen before cuz i followed the instruction and i know my skin type very disappointed
