Good app functionally, incredibly poor and shady business practices.

Revoked my lifetime licenses - twice. First - free, second - paid. I have no problem when businesses change funding models to support development as long as its transparent.

LSDroid is a shady, unscrupulous developer.

Stay away.

The second "lifetime" license expired, with no notification or explanation. Asking support for help us like trying to see your back with no mirrors... Just plain stupid.

As with all the other reviews (apart from the blatantly fake 5 star one) my lifetime subscription was revoked. No email to say this was going to happen, which was weird. Emailed support 5 or 6 times with no response.

Absolutely shocking business ethics. Shame, as when the product was working it really was good.

Same as the rest. Took my money for a lifetime account then deleted my account and didn't respond to any of the multiple emails I wrote. Have a hard think about trusting an app that has so much control over your personal information and hardware to devs that are so dishonorable.

Had a lifetime license, this seems to have been revoked without any notification, and they are not responding to emails. Clearly fraudulent practice, only discovered when I needed the app most (i.e. when my phone was stolen). Would give 0/5 if possible.

I bought a lifetime license, but it is not working anymore.

The app works fine, but since the publisher revoked my once purchased "lifetime" license and asks me to pay every year, I'm done with Cerberus.

Worst company ever. Such dishonesty that they promised lifetime membership and just suddenly take it away without warning. Stay far far away from such companies,hope they rot in hell

I purchased a lifetime license from the company.

They deleted my license with no acknowledgement.

I can understand a company revoking a license because they want more money and don't want to honour the terms. It's not nice, but I understand it.

What I cannot understand is a company revoking a license for security software and not informing the customer. This is supposed to help protect my phone. If that phone had been stolen I couldn't have used the software to protect my data or trace where the phone had been taken.

I attempted to contact the company twice for an explanation of my deleted account. They were either too embarrassed to answer or just don't care.

At the end of the day I'm not angry for the breach of contract, I'm disappointed because the very thing they are supposed to be protecting is of no interest to them.

They do not care about your data. They do not care about your property. They will turn on you the moment it is financially viable and they can't even be bothered to give a false marketing apology for it. Be wary.

Lifetime license? The devs spit in my face! DO NOT trust this company!!!! You pay money, they take it, and then they will not give you what they sold you, and they will not even respond to your complaints. Anyplace else, this would be a crime, but the developers bank on the fact that the cyberworld is like the Wild West with too few sheriffs to police the bad guys. There's a very good reason why they're not on the Google Play store anymore!

Scam, lifetime license "expired" stay away from em

My lifetime license was invalidated without notice.

This company is brutal. I had paid for a lifetime membership. Then, on each device, I started getting messages saying my membership expired. Further, I had engaged the hidden install feature. Well, without a membership, I can't unintstall this app!!! I've reached out to the company several times. Each time I put an email tracker on it. I've asked kindly to tell me why my subscription has ended, then followed up with asking how to uninstall the app and lastly, for a contact information. EACH OF THE EMAILS WERE OPENED AND NONE WERE RESPONDED TOO. These guys aren't even on the playstore anymore. Stay away from this app and the company. shady Shady SHADY. I'm out the cash and have this program stuck on my device.

app has communication issues so sometimes it works but mostly not and company doesn't know what lifetime licence means

Like every review here (except one fake), I had a lifetime subscription. It was a good deal, but we were the people who helped launch the company. Then they turned on all those who helped them and cancelled our lifetime licenses. YOU CANNOT TRUST ANY COMPANY SO DISHONEST.
Besides, their security is now obsolete. Better versions are now free, even with google.

These scammers implemented a subscription service without honouring those who had already paid for a LIFETIME license. Failed to respond to emails about this. SCAM.

Scammers !! I had a lifetime subscription and they stole it, so i can't login anymore

Impossible to trust a company that is cancelling pre-existing lifetime subscriptions.
