Placed an order 10 days ago. When order placed specifically requested BABY TANKER by telephone as narrow village road. Price agreed, deliver date 8 july agreed as had to take day off work.
Sat in all day no delivery!Called up 9 july they apologised and said would now be 10 July. Sat in all day and no delivery 10 July!! Eventually they called me 13 july to say the baby tanker was now "off the road being repaired". They wanted to cancel my contract and order! I said not too and that as I had only ordered 1000 litres they could deliver anytime in the next few months as it was a top up order. They refused and said they would not do this and they were cancelling. SO i will now have to order 14 days after my original order with Certas with another company now 14p higher price. ( Thats why!) Avoid this Company.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Dont fall for the monthly direct debit for the maintenance check, they don't carry out the service and took your money. Then they dont give you the refund even they agreed to. Absolutely liar and very frustrating to deal with them.

Good quotes normally
Often the best quote but on my last visit they could not quote online due to the problem with the Strait of Hormuz. Other suppliers quoted and I got supplied elsewhere.

I tried several times to order online…
I tried several times to order online but the site failed each time (over a period of days). I finally got through on the phone and once I was talking to a person everything was fine.
The delivery man put the oil in the tank without my knowledge - which suits me fine but meant I hadn't cleared the area for him.
