Paid in advance for heating oil for…
Paid in advance for heating oil for 2,300 litres but driver could fill only 1,945. It has been now more than 3 weeks that I have been waiting for refund for difference. Called certas, called home fuel direct. They claim that refund has been issued but don’t tell to which account. I personally won’t use again Certas or home fuel direct, especially when it comes to paying advance. Atul Ajgaonkar

Great price . Filled the tank when the oil price had fallen temporarily. I would now pay over £150 more so Certas provided a massive saving.

I ordered 500 litres of Glowmax domestic oil on 4th July and was given a very reasonable quote, considering the prevailing oil market issues. The delivery was made promptly within 72 hours. I have always found the Company most sympathetic to the needs of their customers.
