Thank goodness i read the reviews, i was about to pay the £150 and something felt 'off' so i did a scam search. Question is why on earth is this site still operational. Who has a vested interest here?? what regulatory body is responsible for shutting this down and WHY are they not taking action?? Very very suspect.....

SCAM as everyone else has said, paid received nothing, no response from emails. I can't believe the site is still up and they are still getting away with it! As someone else suggested I went to eurococ, fabulous service from a proper company.

Despite assurances, no Certificate was ever received and they won’t answer my contact (emails only 🙈) or refund my money. They are basically crooks

SCAM! DO NOT USE! This site is a scam, they took my money and delivered nothing, no response to emails or phone. DO NOT USE THEM!

Only gave one star because you can't give zero.
SCAM!!! Paid for my Certificate of Conformity - never arrived. No response to emails. Fortunately I was able to get my money back by lodging a dispute with my bank.

This company is a scam stay away from it!

The paperwork provided by them is barely legible and has been rejected by the French authorities. In the end I approached Nissan and Ford directly who provided COC free of charge, which was a nice surprise, but this company is a fraud, DO NOT USE..

They send you a PDF only, seems like a good deal for £150 where most are above £200+. Where the scam manifests itself is after you have used it to go through the French MOT (Controle Technique) which is done by an ordinary French mechanic of course and most dont question? Where it falls down is when you apply to the French officials for French plates for the car, they then demand a hard copy COC which this company won't supply. I rang them on their UK number I was fobbed off very quickly and the phone was put down on me, I rang 3 more times and they just lifted the receiver and placed it down again recognising my number. Their mobile number just goes to VM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are now in a mess trying to get a new COC days before Jan 1 and Brexit and a express COC will now cost 275€ direct from the government!

Sadly we found to our cost that this is an absolute SCAM. We only found out a few months later when we were at the final stages of registering our car in France. We received a PDF copy, but no original certificate. We thought that was OK - but the French registration authorities have just told us that it is fake - and an original certificate is essential.
GUESS WHAT - it's impossible to get a response from this company (the phone was put down repeatedly when we managed to get through) and the DOMAIN (servicehomologation.org) that issued the pdf copy is an unused/unclaimed DOMAIN on GODADDY.

We are stuffed now - NO certificate = NO registration under current rules pre BREXIT. No prizes for guessing it will be a lot more complicated come Jan 1st.

Be careful, it is a fraud.
I have ordered a certificate and two months later I am still waiting to receive it. I contacted them, they apologized for the delay, they even told me that they sent it to me in pdf by email ..... they never sent it

It's a fraud, I agree with the rest no one is replying to the emails, I cannot get my money back...Very upsetting that it's one of the first website coming up when you search Certificate of Conformity...

Their website seems legit and well presented but "never judge a book by its cover".
One of their phone number available is associated with a different company (finance company) and the other is always unreachable.
Same situation with their email address, no reply at all.

This is a scam! Do not use. BEWARE. This has been reported so hopefully this website will be taken down.

certificateofconformity is a scam!!!

This site is an absolute scam. I've wasted almost a month waiting for my certificate of conformity to arrive which never happened. It allows you to login and it says it's been shipped which is a lie. I have contacted them numerous times and no response was ever reached.

This website is a scam. Have not received Certificate of Conformity, have sent emails unreplied. The telephone number does not work. The address is fake. The website content is a direct copy of a legitimate French website.

This website is a scam. I have ordered a Certificate of Conformity and they send me the confirmation that they received my order and take out the money. After that they don’t answer any emails and the only thing they have is a contact us form. Is always saying that the certificate is in process. I have contacted my bank and ask for my money back and I was successful. If you want a great service use eurococ that has an amazing costumer service.

1 star only because I can't put zero. Website is a scam, paid £150 for a certificate of conformity which was denied (??) and not reimbursed. Phone number is wrong and has been re-attributed and none of my emails answered... stay away from this one - complete scam

I have sent two emails and they haven't replied. The phone number does not work, and they advertise a "live chat" which does not exist. I can't get hold of the consumer service, which is very surprising, considering the price of a certificate of conformity.
