ex-demo purchase treated like new

The bike I bought was ex-demo and arrived in excellent condition, pristine clean and came with all of the manuals and fittings you’d expect with an off the shelf new bike. The bike was also expertly packaged to protect it on the delivery journey. There was a wee problem with the delivery at my end (remote location), quickly resolved by Alan and Roz once I contacted them.

Excellent customer service!!
Kept me informed all the way.
Delivery was brilliant....the gentleman put my new turbo exactly where I wanted it with no fuss. Polite and professional!! Would definitely recommend!!! A very happy customer!!
