Focused to sell with no after service
Following about 2 months of exchanges my matter is not resolved. I’ve been a loyal Certini customer for around 20 years spending in excess of 50K, which seems to have no baring on my treatment. It’s my first ever problem, yet the response has lacked empathy despite the >£10k bike spend. To summarise- sale experience was easy but if you get an issue don’t rely on this company at all. I buy a lot of bikes and Tredz or Westfield are far superior- any issues are resolved with the focus on the customer- I will never use Certini again.
